Abstract

Covid-19 is a problem that has not been resolved for three years. The implementation of the health protocol is one of the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, especially in public facilities where this is a place where people gather. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of the application of health protocols in public facilities. Method: This type of quantitative descriptive research. The study was conducted in public facilities in the DKI Jakarta, Riau, North Sumatra and surrounding areas in June-August 2021. The population of all public facilities with a sample of 40 public facilities. Result: Based on the results of the study, it was still found that public facilities had no warnings for the dangers of COVID-19 (55%), no hand sanitiser (60%) and nobody temperature measuring device (53%), no call for the social distancing of (53%). 60%) and cleaning with disinfectant was not carried out (64%). Some visitors did not wear masks (51%). Managers of public facilities were found not to take body temperature measurements (65%), there was no restriction on the number of visitors (70%). Conclusion: Implementing health protocols requires awareness and cooperation from all parties, not only the Government. Therefore, be aware and continue to educate the public regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 to reduce the number of cases and carry out normal activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dan status ekonomi non PBI dengan ketersediaan membayar iuran BPJS kesehatan yang ada di kabupaten labuhanbatu. Dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengisi kuisioner online berupa google formulir yang disebarkan melalui media sosial pada bulan Juni 2022 dengan kurun waktu kurang lebih 1 minggu. Adapun hasil penelitian Hubungan Pendapatan dengan Kemauan Peserta Membayar Iuran Premi BPJS Kesehatan dengan nilai p value lebih dari 0,05 (p = 0,125). Hubungan Pendidikan dengan Kemauan Membayar Iuran Premi BPJS Kesehatan dengan nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,015). Hubungan Pendapatan dengan Kepatuhan Membayar Iuran Premi BPJS Kesehatan dengan nilai p value lebih dari 0,05 (p = 0,334). Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan dengan Kepatuhan Membayar Iuran Premi BPJS Kesehatan dengan nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,044).

Abstract

Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) whose role is indispensable for the community as the frontline in providing health services, especially for mothers, babies and toddlers. This study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with posyandu services in Hamlet VII, Sukamaju Village. The research method used is approach qualitative research to examine the index of respondents’ satisfaction with the posyandu program. Data collection technique used is the interview technique and some related data and documents. The results of this study indicate that the people in Dusun VII Sukamaju Village show satisfaction with posyandu services due to the ease of requirements in obtaining services and the ease of obtaining information related to posyandu.
