A case study with aim to know impact development of port of fishery to absorbtion of labour and earnings of vinicity society has been conduct in August till Octooer 2004. Research executed at society around Port of Fishery of Coast of Lempasing, 8andar Lampung. Determination of respondent at the location port of fishery selected by using purposive sampling method. Data collecting use some materials assist by questionaire. Overall \jf data was analyzed, through either deScriptive and statistic. Result of research indicated that various society group pursuant to the kind of livelihood (fisherman, trader, labour, farmer and fish processor) express that development of port of fishery of coast of Lempasing have positive impact due to absorbtion of labour and improvement of earnings of the vinicity society. The absorbtion of society in some livelihood such fisherman, traders, labour and fish processor are subsequently increase until 90,63%, 73,31%, 82,81% and 29,63%. While, the absorption of labor force in farmer has indicated that the farmer was decline until 40,63%. Improvement of biggest earnings seen at fISh trader society group 113,41 %, while earnings of fldh processor and labour fish up to 101,08% and 54,07%. Improvement of earnings also happened in farmer society group by up to 102,50%. Despite, the improvement of earnings at fisherman SOCiety happened with smallest percentage that is only 44,93%.

Penanaman nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an merupakan tanggung jawab umat Islam secara umum, mulai dari kalangan pesantren maupun institusi pendidikan formal. Peran kelompok perempuan di masyarakat pedesaan juga memiliki sumbangsih fundamental dalam aktivitas pedagogi Qur’ani. Desa Dermolo memiliki karakteristik kultur kemajemukan yang tinggi. Terdapat beragam agama seperti Islam, Kristen, dan Budha. Kelompok perempuan muslimah di Desa Dermolo menemui tantangan yang unik dalam upaya melakukan edukasi cinta terhadap Al-Qur’an. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan melatih kelompok perempuan di Desa Dermolo agar memiliki kesadaran terhadap proses penanaman nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an. Metode kegiatan berupa penyampaian motivasi, pelatihan pendampingan, dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasilnya, kelompok perempuan termotivasi untuk mendidik dan membiasakan membaca Al-Qur’an di rumah serta mendorong anak-anaknya agar belajar di madrasah diniyah. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pengabdian. Dari 27 responden, sebesar 96% menyatakan puas terhadap kegiatan ini, sebesar 93% menyatakan materi pelatihan telah terorganisasi dengan baik, dan sebesar 81% menilai performa fasilitator masuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract This research aims to determine and describe the strategies implemented by school principals in improving student learning achievement at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that school principals play an important role in improving student learning achievement by implementing several strategies, including: (1) Creating systematic and planned educational programs; (2) Improving the quality of educators and education personnel through training and professional development; (3) Encourage active involvement of parents in the teaching and learning process; and (4) Using technology in the learning process to increase teaching effectiveness. Apart from that, collaboration between aspects of the curriculum, character building and extracurricular activities is also a supporting factor in improving student learning achievement. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for other educational institutions in formulating strategies to improve student learning achievement.

Domestic Violence has become the subject of many divorce problems. This research on domestic violence aims to analyze domestic violence in the perspective of Islam and positive law and the background of its causes, this field research also reviews the Comparison of Settlement of Domestic Violence Problems through the Religious Courts of Tangerang City in 2016-2017. The results of this study reveal that the existence of Domestic Violence in the city of Tangerang is said to have not become the main posita, even though the existence of domestic violence has troubled the community, therefore it is appealed to the public to protect victims of violence and report the existence of such violence to the authorities or safe people. from perpetrators of violence in order to protect victims.

Tradisi saling memberikan hadiah sangat dianjurkan dalam Islam, bahkan hal ini berdampak kepada penguatan rasa kasih sayang ukhuwah Islamiyah. Di antara tradisi Islam, silaturrahim pada saat walimah atau resepsi pernikahan (walimatur ursy). Di Subussalam Aceh, terdapat tradisi menjatoh untuk memberikan hadiah berupa uang untuk mempelai sebagai kontribusi bantuan dan hadiah atas pernikahan. Namun tradisi ini berubah sifatnya menjadi transaksi utang piutang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permasalahan perubahan kebiasaan hadiah menjadi utang ini (Menjatoh) dari sisi hukum syariah Islam dengan melakukan penelitian lapangan di Kota Subulussalam Aceh serta diperkaya dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Tradisi menjatoh merupakan tradisi yang telah lama dipraktekkan oleh masyarakat Subulussalam Aceh pada acara walimah pernikahan dan walimah khitan berupa pemberian hibah uang maupun barang berharga kepada pihak shahibul walimah sebagai tanda kasih sayang dan kekeluargaan serta dengan tujuan mempererat/memperkuat persaudaraan. Pandangan fikih Islam, sangat mengajurkan pemberian hadiah kepada orang lain untuk memperkuat rasa persaudaraan dan silaturrahim namun Islam melarang adanya peralihan akad hadiah menjadi akad utang piutang, karena hadiah itu bukanlah utang yang wajib dikembalikan sehingga disarankan kepada ulama, tokoh masyarakat setempat agar mengedukasi dan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa tradisi menjatoh tidak dapat dianggap sebagai utang piutang dalam perspektif Islam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan kepatuhan syariah dan peraturan jabatan notaris pada lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan menjawab permasalahan terkait kenotariatan dalam Islam yang belum sepenuhnya dipahami masyarakat dan penerapan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris pada penyusunan akta notaris sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Selain itu dibahas juga kompetensi yang harus dimiliki notaris pada lembaga keuangan syariah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif normatif yuridis secara kualitatif ditemukan bahwa : (1) masih adanya kekosongan hukum pada transaksi syariah di lembaga keuangan syariah hal disebabkan karena belum adanya regulasi pengikatan jaminan untuk akad syariah (recht vacum). (3) Formulasi bentuk akad syariah harus dibuat secara notariil dan patuh terhadap Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris meski demikian harus tetap menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip syariah. (3) Pemahaman notaris terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah mutlak harus dipastikan dan didukung bukti sertifikat pelatihan terkait akad-akad syariah yang diterbitkan lembaga otoritatif.

This research examines cases of marriage annulment due to polygamous identity fraud in the Religious Court of Bandung. The study aims to analyze the considerations and legal basis of the Bandung Religious Court in deciding first-instance, appellate, and cassation cases related to the annulment of marriages due to polygamous identity fraud. The research method used is document analysis based on court decisions related to such cases. The data analyzed include the judges' considerations, legal foundations, and factors influencing the court's decisions. The findings reveal that the Bandung Religious Court considers aspects such as the validity of the marriage, the domicile of the parties involved, witness testimonies, and the timing of the annulment request. The legal basis referred to includes Article 73 letter d of the Compilation of Islamic Law and Article 27 paragraph 3 of Law No. 1 of 1974. On the other hand, the appellate and Supreme Courts consider the presence of mediators and the social implications of marriage annulment.

This research examines women's participation in the 2024 General Election by comparing the perspectives of Islamic family law and feminist theory. In the context of the 2024 General Election, women still face various obstacles hindering their participation in the political process. This study utilizes library research methods to gather and analyze relevant literature from various sources. Findings from previous research indicate that women's representation in parliament remains low, with cultural factors, religious stigma, and political structures being major barriers. However, affirmative action policies have successfully increased the number of women in parliament. The research also reveals that Islamic family law plays a significant role in shaping women's participation through aspects such as marriage, inheritance, and roles within the family. On the other hand, feminist theory provides insights into the importance of gender equality in political participation and critiques gender bias in social, cultural, and legal structures. By integrating perspectives from Islamic family law and feminist theory, this research aims to identify gaps in understanding related to women's participation in the 2024 General Election and design holistic solutions to enhance women's participation in the political process in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of limited liability companies according to law number 40 of 2007 and law number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation using normative juridical research methods. This study found that there are differences between PT according to Law number 40 of 2007 and the Job Creation Law in terms of definition, status, establishment of a Limited Liability Company, Directors, Commissioners, Capital, Company Organs, Business Expansion, Establishment of PT, Ministerial Decree, Changes in Financial Statements and Dissolution.
