Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga jenis variabel, yaitu variabel bebas yang meliputi motivasi intrinsik dan work life balance. Variabel terikat meliputi organizational citizenship behavior dan variabel intervening yaitu komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berkeja pada instansi swasta di Kabupaten Kebumen berjumlah 135 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis korelasi, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Alat bantu pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memediasi antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi antara work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan lingkungan kerja yang ideal untuk mendorong perilaku OCB karyawan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about experience and training on sales force performance with adaptive selling as an intervening variable. The exogenous variables in this research are experience and training, the mediating variable is adaptive selling, while the endogenous variable is sales force performance. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique, namely all BNI Kebumen Branch sales personnel totaling 45 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is then analyzed using SEM using Smart PLS 4.0. The research results found that there is a direct influence of experience, training and adaptive selling on sales force performance. Experience and training have a direct influence on adaptive sales. Adaptive selling is able to mediate the influence of experience and training on sales force performance.
