Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui motivasi pegawai administrasi STAIN Pekalongan sehingga kinerja mereka meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang dilaksanakan di STAIN Pekalongan dengan sample sejumlah 46 orang pegawai administrasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pegawai  sebanyak 40,28% menjawab mantap untuk bekerja di STAIN Pekalongan sedangkan sebanyak 59,2% responden menjawab belum mantap bekerja di STAIN Pekalongan. Hal ini disebabkan karena sebagian belum memahami Visi, Misi dan Tujuan STAIN dan sebagian disebabkan karena karier yang akan mereka peroleh/tuju masih lama dan melalui proses antre, karena jabatan struktural yang ada di STAIN terbatas. Berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS 12, tingkat motivasi dan kinerja pegawai rata-rata 28,57 dan 29,26 dalam kategori cukup. Sedangkan pengaruh   motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan signifikansi yang positif pada level 5 %, karena r hitung    lebih besar dari pada r table (rh > rt = 0,368 > 0,291).

Abstract

Abstract: Throughout history there, working women have always suffered discrimination and injustice. Wage policy that has not been impartial, social security, welfare to the layoffs, everything is still attached to women workers than male workers. Despite the struggles of women workers already in the beginning since 1872, but has not hasilnyapun memnerikan perbbaikan a significant impact on the fate of the workers especially women workers. Marsinah case is a real reality that should be made ​​an example, both about perseverance, courage and sacrifice in fighting for the rights of workers.

Abstract

Qur’an is God’s saying that is valued as a miracle, revealed to the last prophet through angel Gabriel, told to us handed down from person to person for generations, and valued as worship to God if it is read. It is began by sūrah al-Fātihah and ended by sūrah an-Nās. Allah revealed the Qur’an in order to be life guidance for Muslim community and direction for His creatures. Qur’an is a very effective medicine to eliminate heartsick like stress, and depression, and to improve human morals. There are so many human beings who suffer that sickness, either in low or heavy level. For those who have little faith and piety, they will difficultly overcome it.

Abstract

Globalization is a condition in which the world experienced the dissemination of information, technology and its use with competition in a variety of activities for all people and nations. Therefore it is an obligation for every Indonesian human being to build quality. Quality management education itself in facing global challenges is not easy, but it will be reversed, if it is carried out jointly by various parties, especially the leadership who commit, has a vision for the future that is credible (credible because of the honesty and commitment to themselves and the institution), had a great effort to realize the vision and its mission, acceptability and accountability (received subordinates and be accountable for its leadership), conceptually skilled (mastering science and technology), social (able to hang out and have an extensive network or networking), and technical (to be more authoritative and is not fooled his subordinates).
