Abstract

This study aims to describe da'wah management through social media as the development of the Islamic da'wah approach in the modern era. This is a qualitative study by collecting data from relevant literature such as books, magazines, and so on. Therefore, this type of research is called library research. The results show that mass media cannot be separated in human life moreover it is supported by technology in the communication system which is on the one hand, will be a challenge for Islamic da'wah and can be a prospect on the other side. There are at least 5 (five) kinds of influences on the development of communication technology both on da'wah actors and their da'wah partners which include economic aspects, social aspects, rescheduling, entertainment and taking part in media activities. In this sense, dakwah is required to try to make the best use of technology products. It could be using the internet and e-mail or blogs, facebook, twitter, e-mail, whatsapp, messenger, BBM, instagram, line and so on in which these facilities allow da'wah through direct interactive, question-answer session, discussion, sending messages, interfaces and communicating directly. In other words, preachers (dai) must be able to manage and at least be able to provide software for television programs for example, or films and drama so that the packaging of Islamic da'wah becomes warmer, actual, more interesting, effective and efficient.

Abstract

The phenomenon of employee layoffs is increasingly widespread in the startup world. One by one, startups start laying off employees, from small companies to unicorns. This situation occurred when Indonesia's economic growth was rising. This study aims to discuss the causes of the emergence of waves of layoffs amid increasing economic growth and how to respond to this condition so as not to disrupt national economic stability. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained are poor management, macroeconomic pressures, and the anticipation of a global recession are the main factors for mass layoffs in the startup world. The connection with economic growth is increasing because the employment rate in other sectors has increased. The government, as the regulator, has taken swift steps to implement work-intensive programs and Vocational Skills Education to respond to the increasing number of layoffs in the startup world. Therefore, the wave of layoffs is an attempt by companies to continue to exist in the world of digital startups

Abstract

Restaurant Tax is a tax on services provided by restaurants. Restaurant Tax managed by the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Medan City is a Regional Tax that can have a positive impact on increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) because there are more restaurants in the area. Medan city. The research method uses the Quantitative Analysis method, using this method to analyze the data for comparison to the results of calculations research. The results can be seen that the rate of increase in the growth of the restaurant business in Medan City which is registered with the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Manager from 2011 to 2020 is quite volatile, where the influence of Taxpayers, Per capita Income, Population has a positive effect on Medan City Restaurant Tax receipts

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. (2) To determine the effect of teacher competency on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. (3) To determine the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. (4) To determine the influence of transformational leadership, competence and teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu Aceh Tamiang Regency simultaneously. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. With a population of 40 people. The sample in the study was determined using a total sampling technique, so the number of samples was also 40 people. Data collection techniques use non-test methods, with questionnaire research instruments and library studies. Data analysis uses SPSS with descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the transformational leadership variable on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher competency variable on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency. (3) There is an influence of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu Aceh Tamiang Regency. (4) There is an influence of transformational leadership, teacher competency, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Hulu, Aceh Tamiang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work facilities, career development and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A Medan, with a population of 106 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth
