Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Motivasi Instrinsik, Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli, pengawasan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli dan secara simultan motivasi intrinsik, kompensasi dan pengawasan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

Model niat berpindah pelanggan ini dibangun atas dasar teori reaksi aksi-teori perilaku terencana sebagai model Niat (Intention) dan model proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen sebagai model Tindakan (Action) atas pengalaman berpindah (switching experience) dan daya tarik berpindah terhadap produk lain yang dirasakan pelanggan melebihi harapannya atau merasa puas dengan produk lain sehingga menyebabkan pelanggan berpindah atau tidak berpindah oleh sebab itu diperlukan hambatan berpindah yang kuat untuk menahan perpindahan pelanggan sehingga model kerangka perpindahan pelanggan ini sebagai model Evaluasi (Evaluation), model ini dapat dikatakan sebagai model IAE berpindah/tidak berpindah pelanggan ke produk lain.The customers switching intention model is built based on action reaction theory-planned behavior as an Intention model and a consumers decision-making process model as an Action model for switching experiences and switching attractiveness to other products perceived by customers exceed their expectations or feel satisfied with other products, causing customers to switch or not move, therefore strong switching barriers are needed to withstand customer displacement so that this customer transfer framework model is an Evaluation model, this model can be said to be the IAE model of switching/not moving. switching customers to other products.

Abstract

The term of this study is: Does the job satisfaction, and work stress affect on employee performance  at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The aim of the study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction,  and work stress of employees performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The sample of this study were 50 employees at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN. The technique of the data analysis in this research is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis.The results of this study show that job satisfaction  has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and work stress  has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN, finally job satisfaction, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Work Stress and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study examines the framework of the basic research model for Self-Congruity formed based on the dimensions of Actual-Self Congruity, Ideal-Self Congruity, Social-Self Congruity, Ideal-Social Self Congruity, Avoidance Similarty and Consumption Status. The framework of the research model refers to self-theoy and social identity theory because this research model was studied to see how much influence self-congruity has on hedonistic users and utilitarian users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect both jointly and partially between compensation, competence and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at the Regional Secretariat of Deli Serdang Regency and as many as 65 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple and partial linear regression using SPSS 24.0. The results of the regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables included in the regression model (compensation, competence and organizational commitment). The compensation variable is significant at 0.002, so it can be concluded that performance is influenced by compensation (hypothesis 1 is accepted). The competency variable has a significant value of 0.002, so it can be concluded that competence has an effect on performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). Organizational commitment variable which has a significant value is 0.807. So it can be concluded that organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is rejected). The results showed that the variables of compensation, competence and organizational commitment together had a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test obtained a value with a probability smaller than (α = 0.05), it can be explained that compensation, competence and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Experience, Individual Characteristics and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance at Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara, guided by Mr. Dr. Nur. M. Ridha Tarigan, S.E.,M.M, as chairman, Mr. Dr. Syofyan, SE, M.Si and Mrs. Dr. Sri Gustina Pane, SE.,M.Si, as member, Thesis – 2022. The formulation of the problem in this study are: How do work experience, individual characteristics and organizational climate influence employee performance? This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, individual characteristics and organizational climate on employee performance. By using the Slovin formula and the Probalility Sampling technique, the sample is 88 people. The results are; Work experience partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Individual characteristics partially have a positive effect on the morale of employee performance; Organizational climate partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Work experience, individual characteristics and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence interpersonal communication on teachers performance. There is influence school culture on teachers performance. There is head school leadership roel on teachers performance. There is influence of interpersonal communication, school culture and head school leadership roel on teachers performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of interpersonal communication on teachers performance. For know influence and analize school culture on teachers performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, with a population of 103 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained performance appraisal process have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,095 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,457 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (1,430 < 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (24,325 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

This study aims to determine the Effect of work facilities, career development and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A Medan, with a population of 106 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan.
