Abstract

Analyzing financial statements can help stakeholders choose and evaluate information about the condition of the company. Financial ratio analysis can be compared using financial statements for at least the last 2 (two) years. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of liquidity ratio, solvency, profitability and activity at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2015 – 2017. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and uses techniques of liquidity ratio analysis, solvability, profitability and activity. The results of this study are the liquidity ratios of 2015 – 2017 each always increasing and the company is in good condition. Solvability ratios during 2015 – 2017 always increase and the company is in good condition, even though in DER 2015 and 2016 the company is in a bad condition. The profitability ratio of 2015 – 2017 always increases and the company is said to be in good condition. While the activity ratios of 2015 – 2017 always increase but the company is said to be less good, but the inventory turnover in 2015 and 2016 and the total assets turnover in 2015 is said to be good Overall data analysis of the four ratios shows the growth of company value every year, namely 2015 – 2017 always increases and the company tends to be in good condition. This means that indirectly PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) has no financial problems. Keyword : liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to find out and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of brand image, lifestyle, and location on the purchasing decisions of the three tjeret café in Surakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population of all visitors to café Tiga Tjeret and having samples using the Sugiyono formula is 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling, a questionnaire used for data collection of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the test f brand image, lifestyle and location simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decision of the café three tjeret in Surakarta. The results of the t test show that the brand image, lifestyle and location have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the three tjeret café in Surakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that brand image, lifestyle and location have an effect of 60.9% on the purchasing decisions of the three teretas café in Surakarta. The dominant influence in café three tjeret purchasing decisions is that lifestyle variables have a t count of 10, 423. Keywords: Brand image, Lifestyle, Location, Purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Products, Brand Image and Packaging on Purchasing Decisions of Wonder Bakery Bakery Stores in Surakarta. In this study using quantitative lresearch. Thel populationl inl thisl studyl were consumers of Wonder Bakery in Surakarta. The sample in the study amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, which is sampling taken by giving questionnaires to consumers who make the decision to purchase Roti Wonder Bakery in Surakarta. The F test results show that Products, Brand Image and Packaging Against Purchasing Decisions of Consumers of the Wonder Bakery in Surakarta have a simultaneous effect on the decision to buy wonder bread in Surakarta. Based on the results of testing the partial hypothesis, thel productl hasl al positivel and significant effectl onl thel decisionl tol purchase wonder bakery bread. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of wonder bakery bread in Jakarta. Packaging hasl al positivel effectl onl thel decisionl to purchase wonder bakery bread. Thel resultsl ofl thel coefficientl ofl determination from the results of analysis calculations can be seen that the number of adjustments R2 obtained is 0.625 or 62.5%. This shows that product quality, brand image, and packaging have an effect on snack purchasing decisions at Wonder Bakery. Keywords: Product, promotion, location, purchasing decision

Abstract

The success of a company is determined by good financial performance. Company performance assessment can be determined by calculating financial ratios through financial statements. This research was conducted to determine the financial performance of Telecommunications companies listed on the Stock Exchange using liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. This study uses secondary data, with data collection techniques, namely documentation and literature. The results of the ratio calculation show that the average financial performance of the company is in good condition, even though one company has a poor performance.
