Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges and how to minimize the challenges in implementing the Quran tahfiz program at Al Azhar Private Primary School Medan. The method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative method and using interview and observation instruments and data analysis using triangulation. From the results of the research obtained, the challenges faced by the teacher were the large amount of time that was missed because students did not follow the Quran tahfiz program on time, intermittent communication due to network disturbances, the memorization given was incomplete, some students often forgot what they had memorized or deposited. Whereas the teachers way of minimizing these challenges, ustadz always reminded him via WhatsApp before the implementation of the Quran tahfiz program began, always asked students to memorize assignments before the deposit day, always reminded students via WhatsApp to repeat their memorization at home. As for the conclusion of this study, the importance of the cooperation of teachers and parents in paying attention, directing and motivating students to take part in the learning process, especially in following the implementation of the tahfiz Quran program from schools.Keywords: Various Challenges, Islamic Religion Teacher, Tahfiz Program, Covid-19

Abstract

The background of the birth of the International World Muslim Conference On Education is that Saudi Arabia wants to achieve the development of education and other fields like western countries that have already made developments. In addition, there are concerns over secular understandings from western countries for Saudi Arabia and in other Islamic countries. The method in this research is descriptive-interpretative qualitative method. This type of research is library research. From the results of the literature review that the author did, there were also 8 (eight) times the implementation of the International World Muslim Conference On Education from 1977 to 2012. The results of the formulation obtained from the International World Muslim Conference On Education are the definition of education, curriculum, teaching methods, textbooks. , plans and guidelines for learning, science and technology and evaluation

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan  strategi guru pendidikan madrasah guna membangkitkan kecerdasan spritual siswa pada madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat. tujuan penelitian ini sebagai edukasi dan informasi kepada pembaca bahwa kecerdasan spiritual bisa di peroleh jika siswa yang di didik di lembaga pendidikan madrasah. Metode Penelitian ini adalah metode lapangan (kualitiatif) yaitu penulis bersentuhan langsung kepada pelajar dan dewan guru untuk menggali informasi terkait Penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah  pendekatan antropologi dan sosiologi, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur kepada narasumber yang dianggap memilki kompetensi, setelah itu data diperoleh lalu data dianalisi secara ilmiah.  Lokasi Penelitian ini  yaitu berada di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Al-Muhajirin Langkat. Hasil Penelitian ditemukan: Pertama, pelajar di didik dengan ilmu akidah dan ilmu muamalah, kedua, Membuat norma-norma atau aturan yang berbasis pada kaidah hukum Islam di lingkungan madrasah sehingga pelajar menjadi teredukasi, Ketiga, pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual melalui mata pelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam pada peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan guru sebagai keteladanan terhadap pelajar.
