Abstract

Kekurangan Vitamin A (KVA) di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah utama. Kekurangan vitamin A tingkat berat (rabun senja) telah jarang ditemui, tetapi tingkat KVA subklinis masih bisa ditemukan. Minyak sawit mentah (CPO) memiliki kandungan tinggi karotenoid sebagai sumber provitamin A. CPO secara alami berwarna merah karena mengandung karotenoid yang tinggi, dan belum dimanfaatkan di Indonesia. CPO mengandung karotenoid dan vitamin E yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan bagi tubuh. Antioksidan dapat mengurangi kerusakan sel dengan menetralisir radikal bebas serta mencegah kerusakan lipid, protein, enzim, dan DNA. Tujuh puluh responden dipilih untuk konsumsi CPO selama 2 bulan dengan dosis ± 3.27 ml/hari. Plasma darah dari 22 responden yang sehat dianalisis dengan metode asam Tri Fluoro asetat (TFA), enzim aspartat Transaminase (AST), Alanine transaminase (ALT), Alkaline Phospatase (ALP) kit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 16 responden mengalami peningkatan jumlah retinol plasma dan penurunan tingkat aktivitas AST, ALT, dan enzim ALP. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CPO memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang dapat meningkatkan kesehatan hati, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif sumber provitamin A untuk menangani kekurangan vitamin A di Indonesia

Abstract

Tuna is one of the most valuable fishery commodities produced in Indonesia. In a great measure of tuna production in Indonesia is exported to several destination countries such as Japan, the European Union and America. The demand for tuna in Japan and the United States from year to year has never decreased. Furthermore, the role of tuna industry from time to time is increasingly important and strategic, especially in sustaining the nation's economy as tuna plays an important role in many people’s health in which Tuna provides high quality protein. In terms of sustainable tuna consumption, valuable creative activities (VCA) is required to be formulated, so all resources (tangible, intangible, human resources) are able to produce prime fishery products that have high quality standard and high value content, competent, safe, traceable, both nationally and internationally. The Prime fishery products are able to be produced if the fishery industry successfully applies several standards both national and international such as ISO, SNI, CODEX, and standards from importers. In terms of applying those standards, it is worth reviewing few of benefits of standard implementation. Associated with the standards applied by the company, there are studies of the benefits of standard implementation in tuna industry in Muara Baru, DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to assess the benefits of standard implementation in tuna companies. The method used was descriptive and it uses several tests including profitability ratio analysis (net profit margin, return on asset, return on equity, profit margin). The results of this study are that both companies had implemented the standard well, standard understanding by both companies still exist different, while from the financial sector the company was able to increase profits

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia dan diharapkan dapat berperan sebagai pilar ekonomi untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat Indonesia secara adil dan merata. Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) menganalisis mutu pelayanan yang diberikan Koperasi Karyawan Danakita Syariah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas anggota, dan (2) menyusun strategi pengembangan loyalitas anggota Koperasi Danakita Syariah dalam mencapai target penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan 220 orang responden, teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) dan analisis Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats (SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan metode SEM PLS memuat nilai Outer Loading, anggota tidak puas dengan pelayanan dari Koperasi Karyawan Danakita Syariah, namun masih sangat setia dengan keberadaannya yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Outer Loading pada peubah loyalitas pelanggan/anggota sangat loyal. Strategi pengembangan loyalitas anggota Koperasi Karyawan Danakita Syariah dapat dilakukan melalui: (1) Pengoptimalan diversifikasi usaha dalam mencegah risiko usaha; (2) Peningkatan mutu pelayanan dengan meningkatkan komunikasi antara anggota dengan pengurus, transparansi pengurus terhadap anggota koperasi dan pembiayaan terhadap kebutuhan anggota; (3) Menambah dan meningkatkan akses pemasaran koperasi agar pendapatan koperasi menjadi lebih besar; (4) Penyediaan dana kredit yang mudah dan terjangkau bagi anggota koperasi

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are often referred to as one of the pillars of a region's economic strength. This is because MSMEs have the flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions compared to large-scale companies. Depok City is one of the most strategic areas in West Java Province. Its location and position as a buffer for the capital city and its strong influence on economic growth in the surrounding area are an opportunity as well as a challenge so that Depok is be able to align its economic opportunities with the potential and direction of governance that have been structured. Godongijo, as one of the ecotourism MSMEs in Sawangan, has experienced a decrease in income in the last few months. Some of the causes are influenced by the nature of the tourism industry with different market needs due to developing trends, economic fluctuations, competition between tourist resort entrepreneurs, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Godongijo needs to develop a competitive advantage that can provide high profits and the stability that determines the sustainability of its business. Primary data collection was obtained through direct observation and interviews with Godongijo Management. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to MSME players in the Godongijo area. Secondary or library data collection is obtained from national and international journals as well as research documents related to the development of local entrepreneurship. The strategy formulation method is based on internal and external factor analysis IE matrix, Strength, Weakness, Oppourtunities & Threats matrix (SWOT), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). For the future, there are several development strategies from the results of the analysis that can be used according to the needs and business conditions of UMKM in Godongijo, such as making a characteristic gate or Godongijo icon so that it is quickly recognized by tourists in the city or outside the city, making the parking area wider, and establishing a Mini Zoo for children's educational tours.

Abstract

In readiness to implement banking strategies in the face of challenges and opportunities in the era of banking 4.0, infrastructure development is needed, one of which is the role of human resources, which is an asset in realizing the continuity of performance and improving the banking business that is expected to continue to progress and develop. This research is a case study conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interview methods to 7 experts who are experts in the field of banking experts and using questionnaires to 25 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Jakarta Thamrin Area in the DKI Jakarta Capital Region. The results of the IFE analysis obtained a total score of 2.78 with the strength factor is Bank Syariah Indonesia as a market leader in the Islamic banking industry and the weakness factor is that Islamic banking literacy for employees is still low and the results of the EFE analysis, a total score of 3.22 with the highest opportunity focus is the improvement of e-learning platforms that can improve employee training and the biggest threat is rapid technological changes that require new skills. The total score of internal and external strategic factors falls in the growth and development growth and build quadrant, quadrant I and the results of priority strategies are strategies for identifying employee needs and competencies, strategies for increasing literacy in Islamic banking and digital knowledge and strategies for using digital technology and innovation

Abstract

Indonesia is one country with the kidney failure is quite high, according to the Indonesian Society of Nephrology (PERNEFRI) in the 5th Report of Indonesian Renal Registry, in 2012 there were 16.040 patients with kidney failure but reportedly only 9161 patients were active in hemodialysis in 2012. The purpose of research is (a) identifying the internal and external factors potential business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health, (b) develop appropriate strategies with a SWOT analysis of the business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS and (c) to analyze the satisfaction of patients who use the clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health. Data processing and analysis using the analysis: (a) analysis matrix EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), (b) matrix Internal External (IE); (c) a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); (d) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). EFE value (2.73) and IFE (2.61) obtained IE matrix that shows the position of growth/stable. SWOT analysis produce six alternative development strategies that can be implemented in the development of the business unit. From the study of IPA to attribute asked to patients, it was found that the performance of the business unit is considered good, where there are nearly half of the attributes that were examined are in the second quadrant. This shows the importance of the assessment of the attributes considered important by patients and in its implementation is considered to be very good. CSI score of 0.920, indicating the level of customer satisfaction index is at 0.81 to 1.00, or interpreted the customer was very satisfied with the business unit of the hemodialysis clinics SME scale.
