Abstract

Interpretation of surah Al-Baqarah verse 189 which uses a method of transmission saying that the verse would describe the times predetermined by God to mankind in serve him well to explain when fasting, and pilgrimage feast. Similarly, the new moon will also indicate the prescribed period for women. Narrated by Bisyri bin Mu'adh said that Qatada once said: The Prophet Muhammad was asked one day by his people will paragraph يسألونك عن الأهلة قل هي مواقيت للناس at the time of the new moon has not yet appeared? Then the Prophet said to them; Then the Prophet said to them; Allah have it appear as what ever you know. هي مواقيت للناس therefore to bring it up then he is as a sign on the start of fasting for the Muslims and for Iftar (feast) and indicates the time for those with the arrival of the rituals of Hajj and to determine the future iddahnya women.Hilal is a sign or marker clue is a unity of time and timing system consisting of day, month and year. This has been the form of a calendar (almanac, Taqwim) used easily for the benefit of mankind in the implementation of fasting, pilgrimage, prayer time, the determination of the prescribed period and other mualamah agreement. In view of modern astronomy as Danjon, the new moon will be visible if the position of the moon within a minimum of 8 degrees in addition to the sun (the moon's crescent cauld rot be seen closer to the sun for elongation less that 80). This opinion was never confirmed by Muammer Dizer the International Islamic Conference in Istanbul Turkey in 1978, according to research that has been accepted by international astronomers declared that the moon looks at the position of the sun distance (angle of azimut) 80 and the position of elevation above the horizon of 50. He stated it is impossible if there is a majority opinion expressed in the following 50 positions height above the horizon can be seen with the eye. While MABIMS including Indonesia make imkan al-rukyat criteria states that the size of the moon positions can be seen at a height of 20, 30 the azimut distance elongation angle and distance when ijtimak and sunset time of 8 hours (kiteria to 20, 30 and 8 hours). MABIMS criteria is lower than the criterion Istanbul. This last criterion used Malaysia Singapore and Brunei, while Indonesia is still no difference and there is no agreement on these criteria.Keywords; Hilal, Masa Iddah, Taqwim, Imkan al-rukyat

Abstract

Hereinafter about appraisal to itself Moslem law stock market concept, namely related to stock as main instrument in Moslem law stock market, hence syara ' doesn't enable stock commerce. So also publishs stock with a purpose to adds company legal capital, buys stock with a purpose to investment and commercializes it to practice on (capital gain) from price difference (margin) be activity of batil in Islam. Concerning above problems, writer proposes things following: Firstly, writer mutuallies agree to that a company required legal capital must make a move at sector that is is not is against Islam and not related to lap. Second, to do investment at one particular company, an moslem investor must choose companys which its form fulfilling Islam criterion like syirkah inan, abdan, mudharabah, wujuh and mufawadhah. Third, supporting facilities for investment developed in Moslem law stock market shall which has fulfilled Islam criterion and mengikuti/disesuaikan with form of syirkah Islam, so that later there are no even little doubt at Moslem law stock market.

Abstract

Sistem Kalender Unifikasi Jamaludin Abd. Raziq secara normatif berpijak pada tiga prinsip dasar, yaitu prinsip menerima hisab, prinsip transfer rukyah dan permulaan hari berdasarkan konvensi dunia yaitu tengah malam di garis bujur 180° dari GMT. Selain itu ada 7 syarat kelayakan untuk menjadi kalender Islam internasional, yaitu syarat sebuah kalender, berdasarkan pada peredaran faktual bulan, syarat kelahiran bulan (konjungsi), syarat imkanurrukyah, Tidak boleh menunda masuknya bulan baru ketika hilal sudah terlihat dengan mata telanjang, berlaku di seluruh dunia secara terpadu tanpa membagi bumi dalam zona-zona dan bersifat global (sesuai dengan kesepakatan dunia tentang waktu). Adapun kemungkinan diterapkannya kalender ini di masa sekarang masih sulit diwujudkan bahkan di Maroko sendiri Negara asal Jamaludin Abd. Raziq, kendalanya adalah tidak adanya lembaga, organisasi atau kekuasaan politik yang mendukung berlakunya kalender yang diusulkannya dan realitas di setiap negara-negara Islam yang memiliki sistem yang berbeda-beda dalam menentukan awal bulan kamariah harus menjadi pertimbangan yang kuat. Selain faktor normatif ilmiah, faktor “kekuatan politik” yang dapat menyatukan kriteria atau sistem menjadi sangat penting dalam hal ini.

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness of the importance of halal certification among MSMEs in Grogol Village, Kediri, as well as provide assistance in applying for NIB and halal certification. The activity method is carried out through a door-to-door approach, where the KKN team visits MSMEs directly to provide outreach and assistance in the registration process. As a result, six MSMEs succeeded in obtaining NIB, while seven other MSMEs are currently in the halal certification process. This includes four fried onion MSMEs and three upil cracker MSMEs. It is hoped that this activity can help Grogol Village MSMEs improve the quality of their products, develop their businesses at national and international levels, and open up wider employment opportunities. The door-to-door strategy has proven effective in conveying information and providing direct assistance to MSMEs, thereby increasing awareness of the importance of halal certification for their products.
