Abstract

Pengembangan Pendidik sebagai Sumber Daya Manusia di SMAN 1 Koto Salak. Pengembangan diberikan  kepada pendidik sebagai sumber daya manusia yang memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai cita-cita lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah. pengembangan dilakukan dengan tujuan agar pendidik sebagai sumber daya manusia memiliki kompetensi yang dapat bersaing ditengah perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Metode kualitatif menjadi pilihan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan, bahwa pengembangan pendidik sebagai sumber daya manusia di SMAN 1 Koto Salak dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah dan menggunakan metode on the job learning dan of the job learning. Selain itu juga, pengembangan pendidik sebagai sumber daya manusia dipengaruhi oleh factor internal yaitu 1) visi dan misi, 2) strategi pencapaian tujuan, 3) sifat dan jenis kegiatan, 4) jenis teknologi yang digunakan dan eksternal yaitu: 1) kebijakan pemerintah, 2) sosio-budaya masyarakat, 3) perkembangan ilmu pengetahuand an teknologi.  Harapannya, pengembangan SDM pendidik ini dapat ditingkatkan secara terus menerus

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of decision making in improving the quality of education at MTsN Kota Solok. The quality of education can be seen from three aspects, namely: input, process and output. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the planning for decision making by the Head of MTsN Kota Solok is carried out through a meeting forum involving the entire assembly of teachers and employees by identifying the needs of the institution. Organizing decision making is done by classifying problems that require decision making based on a priority scale. The implementation of decision making is carried out according to the plan, namely through a meeting forum attended by the entire assembly of teachers and employees. In the meeting, the teachers and employees were asked for their opinions and suggestions related to the problems that were taken and then mutually agreed upon. Decision-making control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation as well as supervision and follow-up plans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI, model pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI, dan model pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun belum didasarkan kepada analisis kebutuhan peserta pelatihan. Di antara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan pengawas PAI oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang adalah sudah adanya petunjuk tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara lengkap yang mencakup teknis, disain dan evaluasi pelatihan. Di antara faktor penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI adalah minimnya kemampuan sebagian peserta pelatihan dalam menguasai IT serta alokasi dana pelatihan yang sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dihasilkan sebuah produk model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

One of the factors that influence teacher performance is the principal as a school leader. This study aims to analyze the principal's strategy in improving performance. In order to increase teacher performance, a research was conducted on the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 11 Sijunjung.. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of literature study. Principals and teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Sijunjung were the samples in this study. The research instruments are interviews, observation and documentation. With the research, it can be conveyed that the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 11 can be pursued by maximizing interpersonal communication, strict teacher recruitment, placing teachers in positions that are in accordance with competence both as supervisors and coaches, providing motivation to teachers, conducting training for teachers, conducting supervision and supervision, fostering teacher performance, establishing cooperative relationships with teachers and carrying out disciplinary supervision

Abstract

This discussion aims to describe the Islamic perspective on the development of supervisory managerial and academic supervisory competencies. This is important because the teachings of Islam have universal concepts and principles related to supervision or supervision and their competencies. Managerial supervision that emphasizes supervision and regulation of all elements in the education unit and academic supervision which is more in the form of assistance and guidance to teachers in improving the effectiveness of the process and learning outcomes, both require a number of competencies that must be developed continuously. Based on the Islamic perspective, then in its application managerial supervision competence must be based on the nature of Allah SWT al-Raqîb which means supervising and other traits in relation to being the regulator or manager of the universe with all its contents. While academic supervision competencies based on Islamic perspectives should prioritize the principle of helping to ease the burden and difficulties faced by others.

Abstract

This discussion aims to describe the revitalization of teacher empowerment as professional staff in the 4.0 era. This is important given the increasing challenges faced by education in the digital age. The era of globalization and information not only has a positive impact on the civilization of a nation, but can also have a negative effect on the attitude patterns and personality of the nation's children. Various forms of violence and deviations in values and norms that occur in the community, one of which is the impact of the development of information and technological progress that is increasingly difficult to stem. Therefore, teacher empowerment is not enough to be done through education and training (training) teaching skills, more than that teacher empowerment should also be done through enlighten the spiritual and spiritual dimensions so as to be able to exude noble character while being able to internalize values and also the growth of religious awareness in students themselves by placing religion and all its teachings as a stronghold for the entry of various negative influences.

Abstract

Dalam era pembangunan saat ini, terutama jika dihadapkan pada situasi kehidupan yang semakin mengglobal dan kompetitif, amat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang berkualitas tinggi. Tanpa memiliki kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang tinggi dan mampu bersaing dengan bangsa-bangsa lain di dunia, hanya akan membawa pada posisi yang kurang menguntungkan, terutama guna mencapai perbaikan hidup. Generasi millenial sangat erat kaitannya dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0 atau Revolusi Industri Generasi ke empat. Dimana revolusi ini menitikberatkan pola digitalisasi dan otomasi disemua aspek kehidupan manusia. Banyak pihak yang belum menyadari akan adanya perubahan tersebut terutama di kalangan pendidik, padahal semua itu adalah tantangan generasi muda atau generasi millenial saat ini. Apalagi di masa-masa sekarang generasi milenial mempunyai tantangan sendiri menghadapi era revolusi Digital (Society 5.0 Dan Revolusi Industri 4.0) Sebagian besar tumbuh dan berkembangan melalui pendidikan, sehingga pendidikan menjadi wahana bagi pengembangan generasi milenial. Untuk itu, maka di perlukannya SDM yang kompeten sebagai aset bagi proses pengembangan generasi milenial yang siap akan problematika dan tantangan, Dengan demikian, SDM menjadi bagian penting dalam proses pengembangan pendidikan bagi generasi milenial.
