<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe development of construction work is followed by the increasingly complex constructions project, causing more problems to arise as well as discrepancies between planning and implementation in the field. One of the problems that arises is the occurrence of cost overruns which can cause losses on the owner and construction service providers. The research was conducted on the Rumah Indonesia Sehat (RIS) project, which is 3 strories building projects with a large cost overrun case. This study aims to identify jobs that experience cost overrun and analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of cost overruns. The research data used are project real estimate of cost and questionnaire. Pareto diagrams is used to analyze the secondary data, while primary data will be processed with IBM SPSS Statistics software and then re-analyzed using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method. Based on the results, it was found that the work with the largest percentage of cost overrun in the RIS project was slab and beam work. Meanwhile, the most dominant factors causing cost overruns are poor productivity and quality of human resources, poor coordination between functions in the WBS, and lack of understanding by workers of the drawings and instructions given. ABSTRAKSemakin berkembangnya pekerjaan konstruksi diikuti dengan semakin kompleksnya suatu pembangunan menyebabkan semakin banyaknya pula masalah yang timbul serta ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaanya di lapangan. Salah satu masalah yang sering muncul adalah terjadinya cost overrun atau pembengkakan harga yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian pada pihak owner maupun penyedia jasa konstruksi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap proyek Rumah Indonesia Sehat (RIS) yang merupakan gedung rumah sakit 3 lantai dengan kasus cost overrun yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pekerjaan yang mengalami cost overrun serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya cost overrun. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa RAB & RAP proyek dan data primer berupa kuesioner dengan skala Litcher. Metode analisis untuk data sekunder adalah menggunakan Diagram Pareto sedangkan data primer akan diolah dengan software IBM SPSS Statistics 28 kemudian dianalisis kembali dengan metode Relative Importance Index (RII). Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa pekerjaan yang mengalami presentase cost overrun terbesar pada proyek RIS adalah pekerjaan pelat dan balok. Sedangkan faktor dominan penyebab tejadinya cost overrun adalah produktivitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang buruk, kurang baiknya koordinasi antar fungsi pada WBS yang berdampak pada terjadinya pekerjaan ulang, dan kurangnya pemahaman pekerja terhadap gambar dan instruksi yang diberikan. ]]>
