In this study, researcher uses 30 respondents of stakeholders. The data type used is a cross-section then do hypothesis testing with F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of Determination on error rate α=5%. Furthermore, in this study also analyze cost efficiency and income. The findings of this study shows that capital variable has not significant effect towards income. Whereas, other variable such as wages and long effort have significant impact on the income of furniture industry in Malang. However, simultaneosly capital, wages, and long effort have significant impact. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,48, this indicates the ability of capital variable, wages, and long effort in explaining the amount of income of 48%. In addition, the cost of furniture industry in Malang is quite efficient and has average income 35,7 million.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables, namely the BI Rate, Third Party Funds (DPK), Capitalization of Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Operational Income Costs (BOPO) on Islamic bank financing in Indonesia 2010 - 2017. This type of research is Quantitative Inferential . The required data is secondary data from the financial statements of five Islamic banks in Indonesia 2010-2017.4. Data analysis techniques are panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the BI Rate variable has a significant negative effect on financing, Third Party Funds (TPF) have a significant positive relationship to financing, while for the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on financing and for Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) no significant negative effect on financing. The coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) is 0.938581 or 93.85%. This shows that the ability of the independent variables namely BI Rate, DPK, CAR and BOPO explain the dependent variable of Financing at 93.85% and the remaining 6.15% can be explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and the Nikkei 225 Index on the Composite Stock Price Index in five ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand. Using panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 since 2002 until 2016. The results of this study show that inflation and exchange rates partially have a significant negative effect on the stock price index in ASEAN, the Nikkei 225 index has a significant positive effect while the interest rate has no significant effect on Composite Stock Price Index. Simultaneously all variables influence the JCI and obtained an adjusted R-square of 67,92%, which means that 67,92% of the Composite Stock Price Index in ASEAN is explained by the four variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out how the effect of land area and labor of the agricultural sector on rice production in East Java Districts and (2) to find out how the differences between productivity strata are related to the influence of agricultural land area and labor on rice production in Districts in East Java Province. The analytical tool used is panel data regression which is then tested by hypothesis F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2) at the error rate α = 5%. The results of panel data regression with the selected model are Fixed Effect Model showing that the area of land has a positive and not significant effect on rice production with a value of 0.08 and labor has a significant negative effect on rice production with a value of -0.31. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.94 or 94%. Conclusion for East Java, the highest production strata, medium production strata and low strata production coefficient values of land area and labor variables show less than 1, which means inelastic to rice production.

Abstract

This  research aims to : 1) profit of duck effort in Mojosari Regency, 2) efficiency and break even point of duck effort in Mojosari Regency and 3) factors were influenced of profit. This research uses descriptive  method with qualitatitve approach. The samples is 30 farmers determined by the sampling method by determining the criteria that have been determined from a population of 70 farmers. The data type used in this research are primary and secondary data. Methods of collecting data are observations and interviews. The results showed that the average income obtained by duck farmers in one production process (34 months) for 300-500 scale farmers was Rp 68,263,028, for 501-700 scale farmers was Rp 107,915,350, and 701-900 farmers was Rp 141,090,452. Livestock business has done efficiency because the R / C Ratio value is greater than 1 and the production results are able to exceed the results of the Break Event Point (BEP) calculation with details on a scale of 300-500 R / C ratio value 1.24, BEP (unit) 9,176 items, BEP (Rp) Rp. 14,666,784, while on the scale of livestock 501-700 R/C ratio 1.25, BEP (unit) 8,826 items, BEP (Rp) Rp. 14,185,732, and on the scale of livestock 701 -900 value of R / C ratio 1.26, BEP (units) 10,419 items, BEP (Rp) Rp 17,008,176. Simultaneously the cost of feed, the cost of vitamins and medicines, and total production have a very significant effect on income. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the development and influence of Islamic Bank Mudharabah Deposits in Indonesia and Malaysia. The analysis technique used is the panel with a purposive sampling, data regression with quantitative inferential type of the research is using secondary data from Financial Report data for each Sharia bank in Indonesia and Malaysia and World Bank data for 2010-2018. Simultaneous test results show that the value of F-count 192.775> F-table 2.56 of these values can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means there is an influence simultaneously and together on the variable ROA, Profit Sharing, Inflation and GDP of the variable Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2010-2018. Furthermore, for the Malaysian results, the F-count value is 49.99581> F-table 2.56 from that value that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a simultaneous and joint influence on the ROA, Profit Sharing, Inflation and GDP variables of the Mudharabah Deposit variable at the Bank Sharia in Malaysia in 2010-2018.
