Abstract

This study aims to analyze the tourism potential on Kangean Island as mandated by the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 01 of 2007 explaining that recreational parks are one type of urban green open space (RTHKP). In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.10 of 2009 concerning tourism is a variety of facilities and services provided by stakeholders such as the community, entrepreneurs, local governments. Potential tourism in the Kangean islands based on natural tourism with the natural conditions and the quality of the beautiful beaches, this condition really has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist destination Kangean islands. The potential that exists in Kangean Island is identified through five aspects, namely: Uniqueness, diversity, natural wealth, beach quality, and beauty and to find out whether or not it is a tourism tourism area using SWOT analysts by looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in each tourist spot.. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, and the results of the study show that tourism in Kangean Island is feasible to be developed because its potential is very promising.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of financing in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The independent variables in the study are Third Party Funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Minimum Capital Adequacy Requirement (KPMM), Non-Performing Financing (NPF_Gross), Against Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. . The population used in this study were all Indonesian Islamic banking for the 2010-2020 period, namely 14 banks. The sample of this research is using 8 Islamic banking. With the sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study are that the third-party funds (DPK) have a positive and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Return on Asset (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive and significant effect on Islamic bank financing. Minimum Capital Adequacy Requirement (KPMM) has a positive and insignificant effect on Islamic bank financing. Non-performing financing (NPF_Gross) has a negative and significant effect on Islamic bank financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fundamental variables and macroeconomic variables on sharia stock prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 1 periode 20116-2020 which publishes financial statements successively. The analytical method used is panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM) research model and assisted by the Eviews 9 program. The partial results show that all variables have a significant effect on Sharia Stock Prices except the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has no effect significant to the Sharia Share Price. While the results of the study simultaneously all variables have a significant influence on the islamic stock price.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of wages, investment, economic growth and internet users on labour absorption in all countries in the ASEAN region in 2014-2021. This research uses secondary data obtained from the World. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the findings of data analysis, the fixed effect model (FEM) is the model that best suits this research. The analysis results show that investment, economic growth, and internet users had a positive and significant effect on labour absorption in ASEAN in 2014-2021, while wages negatively and significantly impacted labour absorption in ASEAN in 2014-2021.
