Abstract

The prosperity of shareholders can usually be seen from the high value of the company. This means that maximizing shareholder prosperity can be done by maximizing the value of the company. The higher the value of the company, the greater the prosperity that will be received by the shareholders. In the era of globalization, manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia are trying to produce high-quality goods at low cost in order to increase competitiveness in the domestic market as well as in the global market. Most manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector are also companies that rely on capital from investors in carrying out their production activities so it is very important for companies to maintain their liquidity health. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a case study method. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This is evidenced by the results of the t test value yaituthitung 3.395 and p value 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Analyzing the effect of brand trust on consumer attitudes towards halal culinary products. 2) Analyzing the influence of brand trust on Halal Label Perception of halal culinary. 3) Analyzing the influence of consumer attitudes on the Perception of the Halal Label of Halal Culinary. 4) Analyzing consumer attitudes in mediating the influence of brand trust on Halal Label Perception of halal culinary. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are students and lecturers of the Islamic Institute of Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta. The sample in this study was taken to facilitate research from the large number of populations, the sample selection can be seen in the sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were students and lecturers of the Islamic Institute of Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability method because it uses an accidental sampling technique. Research Results: 1) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes of Halal Culinary products. This means that the Brand Trust felt by consumers on Halal Culinary products can increase the Perception of the Halal Label on these products. These results show that the better the brand trust felt by consumers, it has a positive influence on consumer attitudes towards halal culinary products. 2) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with halal culinary purchases. This means that the brand trust felt by consumers in halal culinary products can increase purchase satisfaction for these products. These results show that the better the brand trust felt by consumers in halal culinary products, the higher the satisfaction of purchasing these halal culinary products. 3) Consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on buyer satisfaction of halal culinary products. This means that consumer attitudes perceived by consumers on halal culinary products can increase buyer satisfaction for these products. This shows that the higher the attitude of consumers perceived by consumers on halal culinary products, the higher the satisfaction of buyers with these products. 4) Consumer attitudes mediate positively and significantly affect brand trust on purchase satisfaction of halal culinary products, in other words, consumer attitudes affect Halal Label Perception through brand trust. The better the perceived buyer satisfaction, the higher the brand trust which will increase the perception of the halal culinary label.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, 1) how the application of the muroja'ah method in SD Muhammadiyah Palur, 2) what are the obstacles and solutions to the application of the muroja'ah method in SD Muhammadiyah Palur. Muhammadiyah Elementary School Palu. This type of research is qualitative using a narrative approach, namely data obtained from the scene and the informants. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses technical triangulation, original triangulation, and time triangulation. This study explains about the muroja'ah system in SD Muhammadiyah Palur, namely, 1) muroja'ah together and being listened to by assatidz, 2) muroja'ah with friends. Constraints in the application of the muroja'ah method are, 1) students are not focused, 2) students are lazy, 3) the environment is less effective. The solutions in overcoming the obstacles in implementing muroja'ah are, 1) the teacher must be creative in teaching, 2) the teacher must understand the characteristics of each student, 3) each student has a rote book and also muroja'ah. The results of the application of the muroja'ah method in SD Muhammadiyah in memorizing the Qur'an are students have confidence in adding to the memorization of the Qur'an and also students are able to complete memorizing the Qur'an. one in juz. 30 and take the tahfidz exam in one sitting.
