Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bursa saham global terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Bursa saham global yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dow Jones Index (DJI), Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei heikin kabuki / Nikkei 225), dan Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah periode 2015 hingga 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengolah data penelitian. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dow Jones Index (DJI), Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei heikin kabuki / Nikkei 225), dan Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Indek Harga Saham Gabungan diIndonesia. Dow Jones Index (DJI), Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), dan Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) berpengaruh signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 0.000 sedangkan Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei 225) pada tingkat signifikansi 0.001. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of global stock exchanges on the composite stock price index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The global stock exchanges used in this study are the Dow Jones Index (DJI), the Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei Heikin Kabuki / Nikkei 225), and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The sample examined in this study is the period 2015 to 2017. This study uses multiple linear regression to process research data. The results of this study indicate that the Dow Jones Index (DJI), the Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei Heikin Kabuki / Nikkei 225), and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) partially affect the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia. The Dow Jones Index (DJI), the Korea Stock Price Composite Index (KOSPI), and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) have a significant effect on the significance level of 0,000 while the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Nikkei 225) is at a significance level of 0.001.

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi menuntut setiap pelaku usaha melakukan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Saat ini, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas termasuk dalam aktivitas bisnis. Sehingga pelaku usaha harus menguasai digital marketing sebagai salah satu pemasaran produk dan jasa yang paling efektif saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pemasaran digital, terutama media sosial, bagi para pelaku bisnis Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan laba mereka. Dihadiri oleh 15 peserta UKM wanita, metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah; pertama, penjelasan menggunakan slide power point dan proyektor LCD; kedua, berbagi pengalaman dan diskusi; dan terakhir, praktik langsung membuat akun media sosial (facebook dan instagram) dan cara membuatnya menarik bagi pembeli (gambar, kata-kata, cerita, dan lain-lain). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Karangmalang Kecamatan Indramayu Kabupaten Indramayu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya sedikit yang secara aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat promosi mereka dan mereka belum memisahkan akun toko online mereka dengan akun pribadi mereka, beberapa orang lain menggunakannya sesekali, dan sisanya peserta tidak pernah menggunakan pemasaran media sosial karena kurangnya teknologi ketrampilan. Semua peserta menunjukkan minat besar untuk menggunakan pemasaran media sosial secara terus menerus

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Asosiatif. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan menggunakan pernyataan angket yang dibagikan kepada Pimpinan dan 33 pegawai satuan pelayanan UPPKB Losarang. Pemrosesan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Korelasi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang termasuk dalam kategori Baik. KomunikasiPegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang dengan kategori sangat rendah. Komunikasi berpengaruhlangsung dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarang dengan kategori rendah. Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Pelayanan UPPKB Losarangdengan kategori sedang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio melalui Return On Asset. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2014 – 2019. Variable independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio, variabel intervening yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Return On Asset, sedengkan variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dividend Payout Ratio. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel current ratio berpengaruh terhadap return on asset, variabel return on asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio, dan variabel current ratio terhadap dividend payout ratio melalui return on asset tidak terdapat berpengaruh signifikan This study aimed to determine the effect of the Current Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio through Return On Asset. This study uses secondary data. The sample in this study is the company's financial statements for the years 2014 – 2019. The independent variable used in this study is the current ratio, the intervening variable used in this study is the return on asset, while the dependent variable used in this study is the dividend payout ratio. This hypothesis testing uses a linear regression test. The result showed that the variable Current Ratio affects the Return On Asset, the variable Return On Asset has no effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, and the variable the Current Ratio to the Dividend Payout Ratio through Return On Asset has no significant effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Promosi dan Pengawasan Terhadapan Kepuasan Kerja di Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dan menggunakan angket pertanyaan yang dibagikan kepada 80 responden dan semuanya merupakan Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu Pemrosesan data dinalisis menggunakan analisis Korelasi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Promosi Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu termasuk dalam kategori Baik.Pengawasan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupataen Indramayu termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Kepuasan Kerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Promosi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kepuasan kerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu dengan kategori rendah. Pengawsan berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kepuasan kerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu dengan kategori rendah. Promosi dan pengawsan secara bersamaan berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kepuasan kerja Dinas Perhubungan Kabuptaen Indramayu dengan kategori sangat rendah.

Harga Saham adalah harga yang terjadi di pasar bursa pada saat tertentu yang ditentukan oleh pelaku pasar dan ditentukan oleh permintaan dan penawaran saham yang bersangkutan, Kegiatan investasi saham diharapkan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi para investor.Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kinerja fundamental emiten terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan erajaya swasembada di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan erajaya swasembada yang sudah terdafta di BEI tahun 2014-2019.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapat 6 sample. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa variable Dividend payout ratio dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Stock Price is the price that occurs on the stock market at a certain time determined by the market participants and determined by the demand and supply of shares in question, Stock investment activities are expected to generate profits for investors. This study aims to test the fundamental performance of issuers against the share price of self-sufficiency companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study uses financial statements of self-sufficiency erajaya companies that have been registered in the IDX in 2014-2019.Sampling techniques using purposive sampling methods and obtained 6 samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the variable of DPR, DER has no effect on the Share Price

Human Resource Management is very important for an organization/company in managing, regulating and utilizing its employees so that they can function productively to achieve the goals of the organization. Work tranquility is a condition of a person's inner peace that is peaceful, free from problems, without any inner conflict, and without any pressure. This study aims to determine how much influence leadership has on employee peace of mind, influence of organizational culture on employee peace of mind, and the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee calm at the Lelea sub-district office, Indramayu district. The method used is descriptive method using quantitative data types. The population in this study is leadership, organizational culture and work calmness of the employees of the Lelea District Office, Indramayu Regency. And the research sample amounted to 31 employees, and 10 employees were taken from Tukdana District, Indramayu Regency to test the validity and 1 leader to assess employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 30 statement questions. The results of the study indicate that the influence obtained from leadership on employee job satisfaction is in the medium category with a correlation coefficient value of 0.248, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction is in the medium category with a correlation coefficient value of 0.437, the influence of leadership and organizational culture on Employee Work Calm is classified as moderate category with a correlation coefficient value of 0.543. Hypothesis testing (f test) obtained the value of f Fcount is greater than Ftable (3.425> 3.34). So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Work Calm of Employees at the Lelea District Office, Indramayu Regency..

ABSTRACT - The research is the result of research on the effect of supervision and motivation on employee job satisfaction at SMAN 1 TUKDANA. when needed. If employee job satisfaction is met it will increase employee motivation. The research method used by the researcher in this study is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique is in the form of employee research at SMAN 1 TUKDANA. Based on the expert opinion above, it can be synthesized that job satisfaction is basically something that is individual. In contrast, job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings towards his job. Based on the analysis and conclusions that: Teacher job satisfaction at SMAN 1 Tukdana Indramayu based on a questionnaire with 5 indicators, namely: Enjoying his job, loves his job, employee morale is 2.109 or 66.32% of respondents' responses to teacher employee job satisfaction are included in the Good category.

A This study aims to examine the effect of Sales Growth and Inventory Turnover on Profit Growth at PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. during the period 20192024. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative method, the research utilizes secondary data in the form of annual financial statements retrieved from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques employed include multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination, with the assistance of SPSS version 25.The results reveal that neither Sales Growth nor Inventory Turnover exerts a statistically significant influence on profit growth, both individually and jointly. Sales Growth exhibits a very weak positive correlation with profit growth, while Inventory Turnover displays a moderate negative correlation, yet both are statistically insignificant. These findings suggest that other internal or external factors may serve as more substantial determinants of profit growth in the context of the observed firm.
