Abstract

Sumatera bagian Utara adalah daerah yang rawan terjadinya gempabumi karena adanya aktifitas tumbukan Lempeng Ino-Australia dan Eurasia. Patahan yang terjadi di Sumatera Utara dipengaruhi oleh beberapa segemen aktif salah satunya sesar Renun A, Renun B, dan Renun C dengan batasan koordinat 9730’0” BT - 9930’0” BT dan 20’0” LU - 330’0” LU. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan relokasi event hiposenter gempabumi di wilayah Sumatera Utara pada segmen sesar Renun A, B, dan C, mengetahui perbandingan perubahan posisi hiposenter gempa di segmen sesar Renun A, B, dan C antara sebelum dilakukan relokasi dan sesudah dilakukan relokasi serta untuk mengetahui pemicu gempa lainnya di sekitar sesar Renun termasuk pada wilayah Toba. Penelitian ini mennggunakan metode Double Difference (Hypo-DD). Data yang digunakan berupa data arrival time yang berasal dari gelombang seismik pada rentang waktu 01 Januari 2020 s.d 31 Desember 2020. data ini diperoleh dari BMKG kelas 1 Deli Serdang. Jumlah event gempabumi yang terelokasi di segemen Renun pada tahun 2020 adalah sebanyak 82 gempabumi. Hasil relokasi dengan menggunakann metode hypoDD menunjukkan perubahan pada hiposenter yang lebih baik dibandingkan posisi awal, gempabumi yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 hanya beberapa kejadian gempabumi pada wilayah sesar Renun A, Renun B, dan Renun C.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tempurung kelapa ialah endokarp buah kelapa yang merupakan limbah dari kelapa. Contoh produk olahan tempurung kelapa yang terkenal merupakan karbon aktif. Pada tempurung kelapa mengandung senyawa kimia selulosa (34%) sehingga dapat menghasilkan karbon dengan pigmen berwarna hitam jika dipanaskan. Pigmen ini dapat dijadikan bahan utama penyusun tinta spidol yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi massa sampel karbon tempurung kelapa dan gum arab terhadap karakteristik tinta spidol whiteboard. Di bawah penelitian ini ada dua tahapan diawali dengan proses pembuatan karbon tempurung kelapa. Dan pada tahap kedua, tinta diuji karakteristiknya yaitu uji densitas, uji viskositas, uji pH dan uji pigmen tinta. Variasi sampel karbon tempurung kelapa dan gum arab yaitu sampel A (5 g : 5 g), B (7 g : 7 g), C (9 g : 9 g). Hasil penelitian  mendapatkan pengaruh dari variasi karbon tempurung kelapa dan gum arab yaitu nilai densitas dan viskositas mengalami kenaikan dan pH mengalami penurunan serta mendapatkan tinta optimum pada sampel C (9 g : 9 g) yaitu mempunyai nilai densitas 1,0722 gr/cm3, nilai viskositas 3,4844 poise, nilai pH 8,39 yang bersifat basa serta menghasilkan warna hitam pekat.   Kata  kunci : Karbon Tempurung Kelapa, Pigmen, Tinta Spidol   ABSTRACT   The coconut shell is the endocarp of the coconut fruit which is the waste of the coconut. An example of a well-known coconut shell processed product is activated carbon. The coconut shell contains the chemical compound cellulose (34%) so it can produce carbon with a black pigment when heated. This pigment can be used as the main ingredient for eco-friendly marker ink. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the mass of coconut shell carbon samples and Arabic gum on the characteristics of whiteboard marker inks. Under this research, two stages begin with the process of making coconut shell carbon. In the second stage, the characteristics of the ink were tested, namely the density test, viscosity test, pH test and ink pigment test. Variations in the samples of coconut shell carbon and gum arabic are samples A (5 g: 5 g), B (7 g : 7 g), C (9 gs : 9 g). The results of the study were influenced by variations in coconut shell carbon and gum Arabic, namely the density and viscosity values ​​increased and the pH decreased and obtained the optimum ink in sample C (9 g: 9 g), which had a density value of 1.0722 gr/cm3, viscosity value 3.4844 poise, a pH value of 8.39 which is alkaline and produces a deep black color    Keywords : Coconut Shell Carbon, Pigment, Marker Ink

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Graha Maria Annai Velangkanni Church in Medan Tuntungan as a religious tourism site that integrates spirituality and cultural encounters within a multireligious society. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this research explores visitors’ subjective experiences through observations, in-depth interviews, and field documentation. The findings reveal that the church’s unique architecture inspired by South Indian design, its inclusive religious symbols, and its sacred yet open atmosphere create a universal and peaceful spiritual experience. Non-Catholic visitors, including Muslims, expressed feelings of serenity, acceptance, and admiration for the cultural harmony embodied by the church. Social interactions among visitors and the surrounding community demonstrate the presence of natural cultural dialogue without conflict, indicating that the church functions as a social bridge that strengthens tolerance and social cohesion. This study concludes that Annai Velangkanni is not only a place of worship but also an educational and cultural space that embodies the values of multiculturalism. These findings contribute to the development of inclusive and harmonious religious tourism that promotes interfaith dialogue in Indonesia.

Abstract

LDII TV is a Youtube Channel managed by the Indonesian Islamic Propagation Institute (LDII). In the increasingly advanced development of technology, preaching is carried out digitally through a digital platform, namely Youtube. This study aims to understand the media production management used by LDII TV, explain the programs, obstacles, and opportunities and hopes in LDII TV's digital preaching. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The method in this study was collected through interviews with LDII TV policy makers and LDII congregations, as well as observations on the LDII TV Youtube Channel account. Additional data was obtained from books, documents, journal articles, and other sources. The results of this study indicate that LDII TV's production management uses the POAC theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) proposed by George R. Terry. In addition, this study also found obstacles and solutions in every production process that runs such as technical errors and lack of Human Resources (HR), as well as opportunities and hopes in improving content and HR for the existence of LDII TV in strengthening digital preaching.
