Maternal Blood Pressure primigravid before and after doing sports Walking Over Ten Minutes Abstract. Research carried out using pre-experimental design with the design of one group pretest-posttest design with no comparison group. The sampling technique was randomly (random sampling) by the number of 20 respondents. The results showed that there was a decrease in blood pressure in pregnant women primigavida after doing a ten minute walk. To reduce maternal mortality significantly, early detection activities at risk pregnant women should be improved both in facilities and in the community MCH services.
