Abstract

This research discusses the feasibility analysis of the property business in the Natura Residence Cluster Natura Regency Jombang. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the housing business in the perspective of financial aspects supported by non-financial aspects. This research is a descriptive research by using mixed research methods with a concurrent embedded strategy. Data processing uses linear and hierarchy techniques for qualitative analysis which includes legal aspects, technical/operational aspects, management/organizational aspects, social-economic aspects, environmental impact aspects, while quantitative analysis uses linear time series methods for market-marketing and capital budgeting aspects. for the financial aspect. The results of data processing indicate that the Non-Financial Aspects and Financial (Financial) Aspects of the Natura Residence Cluster Natura Regency Housing Project can be said to be feasible to continue by considering various factors that can affect the success or failure that can be anticipated.

Abstract

The increasing need for life causes people to make multipurpose credit as an alternative choice in dealing with this. This of course causes the banking world to offer various facilities for the public in accessing this matter, Bank Jatim is no exception. Bamk Jatim as BPD offers various facilities for the public in accessing its products, including multipurpose loans. This is the basis for researchers to find out that Bank Jatim creates product attributes so that it can compete and survive until now. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction, the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty, analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Jatim bank in the marketing area of ​​the city of Kediri. The sampling method is the non-probability sampling method with the provision of samples that must be carried out by East Java bank consumers who borrow at least 2 times and when the respondents are carried out using Wibisono (2003) calculations and obtained the number of respondents as many as 96 people. In this study, the primary data collection method was obtained through interviews using questionnaires and documentation. Secondary data collection is obtained through documentation by recording documents obtained from relevant agencies related to research purposes and collecting data from related literature or libraries. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis, which is to see the path of influence that occurs between the variabels of consumer satisfaction and brand image on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction by 10.76% and 14.75%, respectively.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the conditions of MSMEs which are getting tighter from time to time, so that every MSME must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and gain a large market share. Problem formulation from theses are: 1) Does the marketing mix have a direct effect on increasing sales of Bandar Ikat Weaving SMEs in Kediri City? 2)Does brand image have a significant effect on the existence of Bandar Ikat Weaving SMEs in Kediri City? The method of data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which distributed to gold medal ikat customers who have made more than two purchases. The sample taken is 55 respondents, the data obtained are then processed using tools IBM SPSS 21 and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, testing The hypothesis includes classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) Based on the t test The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales of MSMEs Weaving Gold Medals. This indicates that the better the marketing mix carried out by MSMEs will further increase Sales Increase. 2) Based on test t Brand image has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales. This indicates that the better the level of brand image owned, it does not improve student decisions using benefit . 3) Based on test F Marketing mix and brand image together have an effect on Increased sales of gold medal ikat weaving. So that the weaving of the Mas medal can maintain its existence.

Abstract

Service companies have intangible product characteristics, so that servicescape is used by consumers to evaluate services objectively. Consumer evaluation of servicescape can create customer satisfaction which in turn can become loyalty. This research aims toanalyze the effect of servicescape on loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The servicescape dimensions in this study include aesthetics, comfort, cleanliness and layout. The object of this research is Bank Jatim Trenggalek Branch. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire that was collected directly. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 100. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to analyze the research data. Servicescape is proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction which is significant on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction proven to have a mediating role between servicescape and perceived service quality.

Abstract

Pembangunan dan pengembangan wilayah keberadaan infrastruktur merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting. Perkembangan suatu wilayah hanya dapat terwujud jika didukung oleh tersedianya infrastruktur secara memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pengembangan BUM Desa di Kecamatan Tarokan. Penelitian ini menngunakan metode penelitian kualititaf. Tempat penelitian ada di lima kecamatan Tarokan, waktu penelitian Bulan Agustus sampai September tahun 2023. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil Penelitian ini bahwa BUM Desa merupakan pilar kegiatan ekonomi di desa, yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga sosial (social institution) dan lembaga komersial (commercial institution). BUMDes sebagai lembaga sosial berpihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat melalui kontribusinya dalam penyediaan pelayanan sosial. Sedangkan sebagai lembaga komersial bertujuan mencari keuntungan melalui penawaran sumberdaya lokal (barang dan jasa) ke pasar. BUM Desa sebagai instrumen modal sosial yang diharapkan menjadi jembatan yang menghubungkan desa dengan lingkup perekonomian di luarnya sehingga menjadi penguat ekonomi di pedesaan. Untuk mencapai kondisi tersebut diperlukan langkah strategis dan taktis guna mengintegrasikan potensi, kebutuhan pasar, dan penyusunan desain lembaga tersebut ke dalam suatu perencanaan
