Abstract

The head of the madrasa is a leader in the madrasa who has an important role in the development of teacher pedagogic competencies. This study aims to describe the strategy of madrasah principals in developing the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers in learning at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara, and also to find out the implications of developing pedagogic competence of PAI teachers on student learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the author uses data reduction, data presentation and verification. The writing informants are: the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the curriculum, the deputy head of the sarpras, the deputy head of student affairs and teachers. The results showed; 1) Some strategies of the head of MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara in developing the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers include: a) Conducting coaching and motivational activities, b) Holding workshops or workshops, c) Involving teachers in educational training and seminars, d) Motivating teachers to make KTI, e) Giving awards, f) conducting educational supervision, g) Conducting comparative studies, h) Provision of adequate infrastructure, i) Providing opportunities for PAI teachers to continue their education, j) Assigning reading books, k) Fostering intracurricular and extracurricular programs. 2) The implications of developing PAI teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara: a) Academically, PAI learning outcomes increased from year to year by 3.4 and increased again by 5.4 the following year. b) Non-academic, MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara has won various championships at the sub-district, district, and provincial scales.

Abstract

Primary education aims to lay the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and skills for independent living. Resources as the output of the educational process are required to produce intellectually and spiritually intelligent human help. Islamic-based Basic Education is one of the Educational Institutions with a vision of building spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence. Islamic-based school leadership has a very central role. This is stated in Surah Al-Anbiya’ chapter 73: "And We made them as leaders who guide with Our orders..." Changes in the learning process due to changes and developments in information technology become challenges, opportunities, innovations, and leadership roles to realize the school's vision. Principal leadership has the function of controlling and developing the learning process by applicable process standards. The research question is what is the role of leadership by Surat Al-Anbiya’ verse 73, and how is the implementation of the part in carrying out standard learning processes in Islamic-based elementary schools? This study aims to obtain a description of the leadership concept relevant to Surah Al-Anbiya’ verse 73 and produce a report on the leadership role of Islamic-based elementary school principals in implementing educational standards. This research was conducted at SD MBF Al-Adzkiya and SD Al-Madina Wonosobo. The determination of the research object is based on the Vision and Mission as well as the characteristics of the process of implementing education in Islamic-based schools in Wonosobo. The benefit of this research is to produce a leadership concept model for Basic Education (elementary school level), which is based on Surah Al-Anbiya’ verse 73, as well as a descriptive description of the implementation process of implementing education in Islamic-based schools in Wonosobo.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan wahyu Allah Swt. yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman hidup dan memiliki nilai ibadah bagi umat Muslim. Kemampuan membacanya sesuai kaidah tajwid menjadi hal yang mendasar, namun dalam praktiknya masih banyak santri yang kesulitan meskipun telah mempelajari ilmu tersebut. Masalah ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya metode pembelajaran yang kurang beragam, kesulitan menghafal aturan, serta minat belajar yang rendah. Salah satu solusi yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Ittihadut Tholibin Wonosobo adalah penggunaan metode nadzom dalam mempelajari kitab Tuhfatul Athfal. Metode ini mengandalkan nadzom yang memudahkan santri untuk menghafal sekaligus memahami materi, karena kitab tersebut sendiri disusun dalam bentuk puisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan metode ini, mengetahui tingkat kemampuan bacaan tartil santri, serta mengidentifikasi hal yang mendukung dan menghambat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini berjalan dengan baik melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Secara umum kemampuan santri berada pada tingkat cukup baik, dengan rata-rata nilai 75. Metode ini terbukti efektif karena mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik, memperkuat daya ingat, serta memudahkan penerapan aturan bacaan dalam praktik sehari-hari. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh semangat santri, kemampuan pengajar, dan lingkungan yang kondusif, meskipun masih ada kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan kemampuan di antara santri.
