Abstract

The head of the madrasa is a leader in the madrasa who has an important role in the development of teacher pedagogic competencies. This study aims to describe the strategy of madrasah principals in developing the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers in learning at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara, and also to find out the implications of developing pedagogic competence of PAI teachers on student learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the author uses data reduction, data presentation and verification. The writing informants are: the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the curriculum, the deputy head of the sarpras, the deputy head of student affairs and teachers. The results showed; 1) Some strategies of the head of MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara in developing the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers include: a) Conducting coaching and motivational activities, b) Holding workshops or workshops, c) Involving teachers in educational training and seminars, d) Motivating teachers to make KTI, e) Giving awards, f) conducting educational supervision, g) Conducting comparative studies, h) Provision of adequate infrastructure, i) Providing opportunities for PAI teachers to continue their education, j) Assigning reading books, k) Fostering intracurricular and extracurricular programs. 2) The implications of developing PAI teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara: a) Academically, PAI learning outcomes increased from year to year by 3.4 and increased again by 5.4 the following year. b) Non-academic, MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara has won various championships at the sub-district, district, and provincial scales.

Abstract

Pesantren hari ini dihadapkan pada pergolakan ideologi yang panjang, iatidak hanya mentransfer ilmu-ilmu keagamaan yang diajarkan olehseorang kiai kepada santrinya, tetapi juga pembentukan kesalehan pribadisantri melalui basis perkembangan dan ajaran tarekat yang dianut olehseorang pengasuh pondok pesantren. Oleh sebab itu, hubungan santri dankiai atau murid dan mursyid dalam pesantren menjadi genealogi keilmuanmaupun spiritual tersendiri bagi santri. Pengasuh pesantren biasanya jugatermasuk guru tarekat yang akan menjaga moral agama ada ikatanhubungan batin moralitas yang diikat oleh tradisi tarekat. Dengandemikian perkembangan tarekat yang ada di pesantren memilikihubungan yang erat antara pesantren yang satu dengan yang lainwalaupun kadang-kadang para pengasuhnya menganut aliran tarekat yangberbeda bahkan berafiliasi ke partai politik yang berbeda, tetapi merekapara pengasuh pesantren diikat oleh sebuah kelompok yang diwadahidengan Jam’iyyah Ahlith Tariqoh An Nahdliyah yang merupakan wadahresmi perkumpulan para tareqoh yang sah diakui oleh kalangan kaumpesantren.

Abstract

This thesis examines the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the religious character of students through distance learning during the fifth grade pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah Bilingual Fullday Al Adzkiya Wonosobo. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies of Islamic Religion Teachers used in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in shaping the religious character of fifth grade students through distance learning so that they can run optimally, effectively, efficiently and can take place well. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject is a teacher of Islamic religious education class V, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources consist of school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, classroom teachers and students. Secondary data sources consist of school documentation data, teacher data, student data, facilities and infrastructure data. The main research instrument is the researcher himself then developed with a guide observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of data processing and data analysis went through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the condition of the religious character of fifth graders was good, namely with character values ​​ranging from religious aspects, cleanliness and tidiness, honesty, discipline and responsibility, besides that there was Life Skills Education which included: (a) Practical worship, (b) Read and write the Qur'an, (c) Tahfidz. (2) PAI Learning Strategies: (a) make a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the distance learning syllabus during the covid 19 pandemic. The use of learning methods centered on online methods, multimedia-based media in the form of powerpoint modules and communication media for whatsapp group platforms and google classroom. (b) strategy implementation: pre-learning activities are carried out in the form of question and answer interactions. Interaction during learning, in the form of information exchange or reciprocal relationships between teachers and students. (c) Evaluation and assessment: the form of evaluation is in the form of multiple choice tests via google form and assessment in the form of giving assignments to be done in the form of a portfolio. (3) Obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in shaping the religious character of fifth grade students, namely: Family environment, social factors and digital technology factorsThe solution: Cooperating with parents and providing motivation to students.

Abstract

The low level of religious literacy among students poses a challenge in Islamic education, particularly in shaping religious character. Islamic Education teachers play an important role in instilling values and guiding students to comprehensively understand and practice the teachings of Islam. This study aims to examine the role and strategies of Islamic Education teachers in enhancing students' religious literacy at SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an Kalibeber, Wonosobo. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that teachers function as educators, guides, facilitators, and role models. The main strategies implemented include reading the classical book Al-Ibriz every morning, habituation of worship, contextual learning, and the implementation of as well as the utilization of school libraries. Supporting factors include the religious culture in schools and pesantren programs, while inhibiting factors include the limited reading materials and the low interest in reading among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moral education values contained in the novel Janji by Tere Liye. A qualitative approach was employed in this research, using content analysis to examine data in the form of relevant narratives and dialogues from the novel. The analysis reveals that the novel encompasses various moral values such as honesty, responsibility, hard work, religiosity, care, tolerance, and discipline. These findings indicate that literary works, particularly novels, can serve as an effective and relevant alternative medium for moral education among adolescents and the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with a content analysis method on data in the form of reflective and argumentative narratives that are relevant to the book. The results of the analysis show that this book contains various values ​​of Islamic education which are divided into three categories. First, the values ​​of faith education, in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka, several values ​​of faith education are found, namely the teachings of faith as the foundation of the person and piety as the perfection of faith. Second, the values ​​of worship education, the values ​​of worship education in the book Pribadi Hebat are divided into 2, namely mahdah worship and ghairumahdah worship. The values ​​of mahdah worship education in the book Pribadi Hebat are the importance of maintaining cleanliness with ablution and prayer as the main source of personal strength, while the values ​​of ghairumahdah education in the book Pribadi Hebat are teachings about all work that is based on the intention of seeking Allah's pleasure is worship. The three values ​​of moral education, in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka, several values ​​of moral education are found, including the importance of morals, empathy, courage, admitting one's shortcomings, self-confidence, reprehensible attitudes, willingness, responsibility, and patience as personal capital that will never run out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Jigsaw pada pembelajaran IPAS di MI Ma'arif Suren Gede, dan 2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Jigsaw dibandingkan metode konvensional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa pretest, posttest, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji N-gain dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Jigsaw efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. N-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,708 (kategori tinggi), sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,239 (kategori rendah). Uji-t menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (11,383 > 2,000), sehingga terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol.

Abstract

Metode Montessori merupakan pendekatan Pendidikan yang menekankan pada kemandirian, kebebasan dalam belajar, serta lingkungan belajar yang mendukung eksplorasi anak. Metode ini menggunakan media konkret dan memungkinkan siswa belajar sesuai dengan ritme perkembangan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Montessori dalam mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di MI NU 24 Al-Islam Selokaton Kendal serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru kelas IV, dan peserta didik kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Montessori diterapkan melalui media pembelajaran konkret berupa flashcard yang berisi surat pendek Al-Qur’an dan kandungannya. Penerapan metode ini mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip Montessori serta pemahaman guru yang belum merata. Meski begitu, penerapan metode ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Al-Qur’an Hadits.

Abstract

A teacher spends the most time with students in the realm of education, they interact directly every day and provide learning that is not only theory but also practice in life. The objectives of this research are: To find out the efforts of teachers in integrating Islamic education values to prevent the three major sins of education; To find out the methods used by teachers in integrating Islamic education values to prevent the three major sins of education; To find out the challenges faced by teachers at Pelita Al-Quran Junior High School in the process of internalizing Islamic education values related to preventing the three major sins of education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with the type of research is field research. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in integrating Islamic education values for the prevention of the three major sins of education there are several effective strategies implemented by the school, such as routine activities to study the book of Arbain Nawawi, the application of discipline, the formation of a team handling the three major sins of education. The methods applied by teachers in integrating Islamic education values are exemplary methods, habituation and advice. there are several challenges such as ineffective coordination between the cottage and the school, and the diversity of students' background.

Abstract

This research focuses on the research objective of uncovering the taboo language acronym BH from the perspective of Islamic education, by tracing the background of the language, then focusing on how new meanings are generated where specific searches have not revealed them. This article uses a qualitative approach to describe, analyze, and interpret forms of taboo language with an emphasis on analyzing the context. The results of the study found that BH is an acronym by shortening it in the form of a combination of letters with a euphemism approach, namely the use of expressions to soften words to replace taboo language so as to produce a new word. The function of the new word is intended to soften the word so that the taboo element does not become dominant. Refining words in order to avoid harsh taboos is in accordance with the essence of Islamic education, where a Muslim is ordered to say good things, and avoid dirty and harsh words. The implications of research on the need to refine taboo essence requires more specific research. Research contributes to Islamic education regarding strategies to avoid taboo languages.
