Good family support can affect adherence to control of breast cancer patients. With the support of the family, breast cancer patients tend to be more obedient in routine control. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between family support and compliance with breast cancer patients in the Breast Cancer Community in Gresik. This study used a cross-sectional design, with the number of respondents, namely 25 breast cancer patients in the breast cancer community in Gresik, who were observed according to the inclusion criteria, the measuring instrument used was a Blue Print for Family Support, while for control compliance using MMAS-8 .The results showed that 15 respondents (60%) complied with good family support in the routine control schedule set by the doctor. while 10 respondents (40%) have less family support. Data analysis using Spearmen Rank obtained Asymp.sig results 0.00 (a <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between family support and control compliance in breast cancer patients. That is, adherence to control of breast cancer patients is influenced by family support.Most of the respondents said that family support had a big influence on the compliance of respondents' controls, whether it was verbal or moral. So that when the respondent feels that he is in a saturation point for control, family support is very influential in encouraging him to get back up
