Abstract

The existence of profit management practices done by some large categorized companies tend to have a high profit but not yet be assured the resulting earning has good quality or not. The research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, firm size and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on the quality of profit at the manufacturing companies of the food and beverage sub-sector listed at IDX from 2013 to 2018. In this study were secondary data originating from the annual report of the company's sub-sector and beverage-listed manufacturing companies in the year 2013-2018. Samples used as many as 11 companies. Data is processed with Eviews version 10 software. The results showed that profitability has a probability value of 0.5209 > 0.05 with a value of t-count -0.646268 < t-table 1.89458 and firm size has a probability value of 0.6905> 0.05 with -0.400462 <1.89458, so that it can damage profitability and company size has no effect on earning quality. Meanwhile, the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has a probability value of 0.0037 <0.05 with a value of t - count 3.044327> t - tab el 1.89458, which means that IOS has a positive and significant effect on earning quality.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK does not decrease or increase every year, this is due to strategies that continue to strive to always be able to satisfy their customers. This research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK in the area around Tebet.Determination of the results of this sample using the Lemeshow formula, from the formula obtained as many as 74 respondents and taken by area (cluser) sampling (sampling by region). Data analysis techniques in the study using multiple regression analysis with the program used was SPSS version 17.00.The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses can be accepted, 1) there is a positive and significant effect between price on customer satisfaction acceptable. 2) There is a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction can be accepted. Price is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of PT. GO-JEK.

Abstract

Metode penjualan konvesional mulai kehilanggan pembeli akibat dampak dari Covid-19, sementara metode penjualan e-commerce belum efektif karena masih terbatasnya kemampuan SDM pada PT Batik Sida Mukti. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh metode penjualan e-commerce, metode penjualan konvensional terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada PT Batik Sida Mukti.Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen metode penjualan e-commerce dan penjualan konvensional, sementara variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah peningkatan pendapatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara metode penjualan e-commerce dan metode penjualan konvensional terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Serta keduanya juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada PT Batik Sida Mukti. Dari hasil yang didapat kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Oleh karena itu PT Batik Sida Mukti harus meningkatkan dan memperluas jaringan e-commerce-nya. Serta memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawanya agar lebih kompeten menghadapi era serba digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of fundamental factors as seen from the elements of EPS, PER, PBV, ROE, DER and DPR on Stock Return. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses 21 companies listed on the Stock Exchange Index (IDX) that are consistently included in the LQ45 index during the 2015 to 2019 period. The determination of the sample in this study uses a purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis of the research results, EPS has a significant negative effect on stock returns, PER and PBV have a significant positive effect on stock returns, ROE and DER do not have a significant effect on stock returns and DPR has a negative effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination from the research results of the six variables on Stock Returns is 57.0424% while the remaining 42.9576% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.
