Abstract

During this Covid-19 pandemic, small industries have a fairly large role in supporting the economy of the community, even during this time of crisis that hit Indonesia, many small industries were able to survive in this crisis situation. The strength of small industry so that it is able to survive is because small industry is very flexible and very quick to respond to changes, besides that most of the raw materials and natural resources used are local. But not all small industries use local raw materials, there are some that use imported raw materials, but the amount is relatively small. Due to its local nature, small industries can still produce. Small industries are mostly carried out in rural areas, this is done because of the consideration of various aspects, namely the low wages of labor, a lot of available labor, and the availability of raw materials that are easily available. This aspect can attract residents in rural areas to open businesses both as side businesses and main businesses apart from farming and other businesses. With the increasing questions about product competition from MSMEs, the strategy of reducing selling prices during this pandemic, in this case is implemented by examining the MSME products "Kuna now which has a strategy of reducing selling prices. sales results. It can be concluded that the decrease in selling price has a significant effect on sales results. It is better if Kuna-Kini MSMEs always improve the skills (professionalism) of employees and also need to place the right human resources in handling the promotion section, which in today's digital era can be done through social media, with the hope of having a positive impact on sales results.

Abstract

The Jakarta Marine Corps Marine Cooperative Primary (Primkopal Lanmar Jakarta) is a TNI-AL cooperative under the auspices of the Marine Corps which focuses on the savings and loan sector in the South Jakarta City area. The period of work or duty has a period of time, members have savings in the cooperative which must be returned to members when the member has passed away in Jakarta. However, to decide how much members of the cooperative members' savings funds is a big obstacle for this cooperative. So it is necessary to design a Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist someone in making decisions accurately and on target in a more efficient and effective return on cooperative funds. The AHP method in determining eligibility in determining the eligibility of recipients of the Member Savings funds. AHP is used to identify the weight of each criterion taken form the pairwise comparison matrix. The final results in this study are the results of priority returns and savings, which are sorted form those that identify weights and criteria, so that the Primkopal Lanmar Jakarta Cooperative can easily make decisions by looking at these results.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja dan motivasi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja menjadi tolak ukur ketaatan seseorang dalam bertingkah laku pada lingkungan sekitar dan tanggung jawab atas setiap beban kerja yang diberikan guna menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Motivasi pada karyawan perlu ditingkatkan guna karyawan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien, jika karyawan yang tidak memiliki tingkat disiplin dan motivasi yang tinggi, maka akan sulit untuk bekerja dengan bersungguh-sungguh sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang buruk. Apabila adanya peran perusahaan dalam menciptakan disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap karyawannya, maka para karyawan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan agar tercapainya tujuan yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. DCI Indonesia, Tbk. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan, mengetahui tingkat motivasi kerja karyawan dan kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. DCI Indonesia, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. DCI Indonesia, Tbk diperoleh nilai Uji T pada variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial dengan nilai thitung 4,290 > ttabel 1,996 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pada Variabel Motivasi diketahui nilai thitung 3,950 > ttabel 1,996 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F, variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan memperoleh hasil Fhitung dan Ftabel sebesar 25,621 dan 3,12 atau Fhitung > Ftabel dapat dikatakan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 41,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
