Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari irisan antara nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter. Nilai budaya merupakan salah satu sumber etika untuk membentuk karakter. Bangsa Indonesia merupakan bangsa yang kaya akan budaya. Bagaimana nilai-nilai budaya itu ditransmisikan melalui pendidikan karakter pada trisentra pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan, keluarga, ataupun lingkungan. Penelitian ini bersifat library research dengan meneliti sampel tulisan-tulisan para peneliti terdahulu, kemudian dianalisis dan diakhiri dengan kesimpulan sebagai hasil akhir penelitian. Diharapkan penelitian bias memberikan kontribusi pengembangan khasanah keilmuan karakter berbasis nilai budaya, serta mampu berkontribusi untuk mengembangkan metode dan cara pengembangan karakter di lembaga pendidikan. Abstract This study aims to find a slice between cultural values and character education. Cultural values are a source of ethics to shape character. The Indonesian nation is a nation that is rich in culture. How are those cultural values transmitted through character education in educational trisentra, educational institutions, families, or the environment. This research is a library research by examining a sample of the writings of previous researchers, then analyzed and ended with a conclusion as the final result of the study. It is hoped that research can contribute to the development of character knowledge based on cultural values, and be able to contribute to developing methods and methods of character development in educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the inqury-based learning model on SKI subjects at MI Sunan Gunung Djati. Based on the results of initial observations, students' cognitive learning outcomes declined, this was indicated by the large number of children whose daily scores were below the KKM. These problems need to be overcome by using the right way, in this study the solution used is the IBL learning model. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The Inquiry Based Learning model is an educational approach that emphasises the role of students in the learning process, encouraging them to be actively involved with the subject matter through questioning, exploration, and problem solving. the results show that students’ cognitive learning that can be observed, namely students’ daily grades, has increased, students are able to understand the material taught and are able to tell or explain back the material that has been delivered.
