Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan IbM yang berjudul “IbM Pengembangan kewirausahaan pemuda melalui kegiatan keterampilan batik khas Situbondo” adalah melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap para pemuda yang memiliki potensi produktif dari latar belakang pemuda kurang mampu putus sekolah namun memiliki komitmen untuk berdaya dan berwirausaha. Target khusus dalam program IbM ini adalah melatih dan memberdayakan pemuda agar terampil dalam bidang batik khas Situbondo dengan tujuan khususnya adalah para pemuda dapat lapangan kerja baru bagi dirinya maupun lingkunganya. Disamping itu, pelatihan keterampilan di bidang batik khas Situbondo ini diharapkan pula sebagai media merubah cara pandang kearah cara pandang interpreunership. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan mitra program IbM ini adalah keterampilan di bidang batik, yang meliputi tahapan: (a) Sosialisasi program IbM Pelatihan Keterampilan batik khas Situbondo; (b) Persiapan prakondisi sosial, yaitu terbentuknya Kelompok Usaha Batik Pemuda (KUBP) dengan melibatkan kelompok para pemuda (c) Pelaksanaan program IbM Pelatihan Keterampilan Batik, yang didukung oleh lembaga kemasyarakatan yang berbadan hukum yaitu Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) Wonokoyo dan Karang Taruna Wonokoyo serta perguruan tinggi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Abdurracman Saleh Situbondo); (d) Pemantauan, evaluasi dan pelaporan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of KB program implementation with MOP / Vasectomy in Situbondo Regency. The research method used qualitative approach. The data source is divided into two namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the analysis showed that KB MOP (Male Operation Method) / Vasectomy in Situbondo Regency is ineffective and it is said because of socio-cultural condition of society that can not eliminate misperception of KB MOP program. The strategy set by the organizer that is Socialization to the community has not been fully implemented. There is no synchronization from the respective Party / Office concerned on Policy Formulation, Planning Process and Programming to the community. Infrastructure facilities of the MOP KB program, especially in Medical Personnel is still inadequate. Due to the limited number of medical workers involved in the MOP program KB is not effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study focuses on service activities in the outpatient section of the Puskesmas Kendit. Based on observations, problems were found in the service. Therefore the authors are interested in examining how the quality of health services for participants in the JAMKESMAS outpatient section at the Puskesmas Kendit Kabupaten Situbondo. The author uses descriptive research type with quantitative data during February-March 2018. Data collection techniques with interview, observation and questionnaire techniques. In analyzing data, the author uses the ServQual model which is intended to measure the gap between expectations and customer perceptions. The results of the study get the results of calculations using the ServQual formula of -12.5 with an average score of 81.8 and the average level of perception level of 69.2 which can be said that the health services of participants in the outpatient at Puskesmas Kendit is not good because respondents' expectations are higher than perceived perceptions. Thus, the level of quality of health services for participants of the outpatient health care program at Puskesmas Kendit to customers can be said to be unsatisfactory and efforts are needed to improve service quality in all dimensions.
