Abstract

One of the excellent products from Situbondo regency is wooden handicraft product so easy furniture business we meet. Waste wood pieces are the remnants of wood pieces in the form of boards or small pieces that can still be seen form. Wooden board consisting of pieces of wood can be utilized into various objects used in the interior of a room. In addition to adding functionality from waste wood pieces, wooden waste board can also add aesthetic value on an object. This is because the board has different characteristics compared to ordinary wooden boards. Activities that have been done include interior design training, interior making from waste wood pieces, Business Management Training and Employee Motivation Program on UKM Meubel Heni and UKM Meubel Kyky. For 6 months the partners' activities are provided with continuous facilitation and training to produce a table of waste wood products and grow entrepreneurial spirit in all partners.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Service Information Transparency in Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Situbondo Regency. The research method of this research was qualitative method. This research carried out descriptively in order to know and to describe the reality of the event. The data analysis had been done respectively starting with examining all available data from various sources; from interviews, from observations that had been written in field notes, from documents an drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the transparency of information on business permit services in Department of Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Situbondo Regency was not yet transparent in providing services to the customers. This could be seen from the management of public service that had not been published. The costs and time of service had not been transparent. The responsibilities were low such as discipline in terms of service time, promises that had not been fulfilled to customers. The service standards had not been published in the office rooms because the room was not adequate to serve the customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role of Wonokoyo village head in building community harmonization to increase participation in development. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, by analyzing the effectiveness of the role of the village head in building community harmonization, whether in the reality of the role of village head in governance and community harmonization can be done effectively or not. To obtain these data, the researcher will conduct interviews with the parties involved in depth so that later the actual facts can be revealed. The theoretical contribution of this research is to add a variant of the analysis of leadership in the dynamics of diverse rural communities. The analysis of the role of the village head in building harmonization of the community is important to ensure that the service is at the ideal point or not.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction in Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. This study uses quantitative design. Saturated samples were 31 respondents. The analytical method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t-test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction, with a significant level of 0,000 smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05, so that partially the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
