Abstract

The building model was made by using ETABS’s software version 9.7.1. Method that was used for earthquake analysis was response spectrum analysis. Result of this research showed that application of two columns dilatation produced different structure behavior when it applied on lengthways direction (X) and breadthways direction (Y) of existing building. Dilatation variation that was given on lengthways direction (X) of building produced better behaviors. More regular building form because of dilatation on lengthways direction (X) produced shorter period with bigger base shear. Along with the base shear that accepted by building, the column momen also became bigger. Based on displacement that was produced, application of dilatation on lengthways direction was influenced by re-entrant corner. Configuration of more regular building that has close re-entrant corner to existing building condition produced displacement that close to the existing, that thing was also in line with story drift that was produced. The displacement that was produced by all dilatation variation was still in safe category according to SNI 03-1726-2012. The biggest displacement that happened on X and Y direction was produced by variation 1 as big as 0.824m and 0.817m in a row.

Abstract

To become a professional teacher writing and publishing scientific papers is important. Most teachers consider that research is not an obligation that needs to be done and is considered a difficult thing. So that this community service activity is focused on improving the skills of teachers in compiling and publishing educational research through research methodology training. The activity was carried out at Vocational Education (VE) of Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nurul Huda followed by 2 lecturers as presenters and 31 teachers. The training activities consist of 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation of training. The results of the evaluation of activities through the distribution of pre-test and post-test questionnaires obtained the ability of teachers in the knowledge of preparation of teaching materials by 69.677% and 88.226%, so there was an increase of 18.548%. Based on the sample paired t-test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) ρ-value is 0.000. So, training activities are very effective in improving the competence in preparing research proposals for VE teachers. This shows that there is an increase in the preparation of educational research proposals through research methodology training for teachers in VE. This activity is beneficial because, in addition to adding skills, this activity is an update of knowledge and experience.

Abstract

Abstract Jatinegara Kaum Sub-District, is one of the sub-districts in Pulogadung District, East Jakarta City. The area of Jatinegara Kaum Village is 123.45 hectares (Ha), or 1,234,500 m2. Most of the Jatinegara Kaum Village area (59.7 Ha, or 48.4%) is a residential area. The Jatinegara Kaum Village area is traversed by the Sunter River. Data states that in 2021, around 7% or 770,000 residents of DKI Jakarta will still have open defecation (BABS), including some residents of the Jatinegara Kaum Village, who live in the Sunter River flow area, some do not have a septic tank, so that the disposal of water dirty (feces) straight into Sunter River. Jakarta State University (UNJ), through a community service program (PkM) held activities to build communal septic tanks for some RT residents (community). 003/05 Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum. Septic tanks are made as many as 2 (two) units of communal septic tanks, each measuring length = 300 cm, width = 100 cm, depth = 250 cm. The net volume of the septic tank = 6 m3. A septic tank consists of 2 cubicles, one cubical for storing dirty water dregs, and one for infiltration. The size or volume for collecting the sludge is larger (length = 200 cm, width = 100 cm, and 250 cm deep) than the size or volume for infiltration (length = 100 cm, width = 100 cm, and 250 cm deep). Septic tanks are made of hebel pairs reinforced with reinforced concrete construction. The septic tank is equipped with a runoff pipe (if the infiltration water is full) to the sunter river, a ventilation pipe, and a 4 inch pipe outlet, as a suction hole if the septic tank is full. Planting of septic tanks from road surface to a depth of 30 cm. This communal septic tank can serve 34 families, or 99 people. The survey results after the construction of the communal septic tank, obtained information from the residents that: (1) 81.25% of the residents separated the drains for washing dishes, washing clothes, and bathing with dirty water (feces). (2) 62.5% of the residents said that the used water was filtered before being disposed of into the public canal, and (3) 100% of the residents who had a communal septic tank made were happy, would maintain and maintain cleanliness by not throwing garbage into the septic tank canal, and willing to pay for desludging dirty water (feces) if the septic tank is full. Abstrak Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum, merupakan salah kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Kota Jakarta Timur. Luas wilayah Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum 123,45 hektare (Ha), atau 1.234.500 m2. Wilayah Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum sebagian besar (59,7 Ha, atau 48,4%) merupakan area permukiman. Wilayah Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum dilalui oleh Kali Sunter. Data menyebutkan bahwa pada tahun 2021, sekitar 7% atau 770.000 warga DKI Jakarta masih ada yang buang air besar sembarangan (BABS), diantaranya sebagian warga Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum, yang bermukim di daerah aliran kali sunter ada yang tidak mempunyai septik tank, sehingga pembuangan air kotor (tinja) langsung ke Kali Sunter. Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) mengadakan kegiatan pembuatan septik tank komunal untuk sebagian warga (masyarakat) RT. 003/05 Kelurahan Jatinegara Kaum. Septik tank yang dibuat sebanyak 2 (dua) unit septik tank komunal, masing – masing berukuran panjang = 300 cm, lebar = 100 cm, kedalaman = 250 cm. Volume bersih septik tank = 6 m3. Septik tank terdiri dari 2 kubikal, satu kubikal untuk menampung ampas air kotor, dan satu lagi untuk resapan. Ukuran atau volume untuk menampung ampas air kotor lebih besar (panjang = 200 cm, lebar = 100 cm, dan dalam 250 cm) dari ukuran atau volume untuk resapan (panjang = 100 cm, lebar = 100 cm, dan dalam 250 cm). Septik tank terbuat dari pasangan hebel diperkuat dengan konstruksi beton bertulang. Septik tank dilengkapi dengan pipa limpasan (jika air resapan penuh) ke kali sunter, pipa ventilasi, dan outlet pipa 4 inci, sebagai lubang penyedot jika septik tank penuh. Penanaman septik tank dari permukaan jalan sedalam 30 cm. Septik tank komunal ini dapat melayani 34 KK, atau 99 jiwa. Hasil survei pasca pembuatan septik tank komunal, diperoleh informasi dari warga bahwa: (1) 81,25% warga memisahkan saluran buangan air bekas cucian piring, cucian pakaian, dan mandi dengan saluran air kotor (tinja). (2) 62,5% wrga mengatakan air bekas disaring, sebelum dibuang ke saluran umum, dan (3) 100% warga yang telah dibuatkan septik tank komunal merasa senang, akan memelihara dan menjaga kebersihan dengan tidak membuang sampah pada saluran septik tank, serta bersedia membiayai penyedotan air kotor (tinja) jika septik tank penuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan sumber pembelajaran digital untuk materi desain interior pada kelas 11 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 58 Jakarta dengan program keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan. Menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), dan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni Design, Define, Development, dan Disseminate. Produk E-Modul juga diujikan kepada siswa kelas 11 SMK Negeri 58 Jakarta sebagai pengguna produk. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, E-Modul dinilai layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan kategori kelayakan dengan presentase validasi materi sebesar 95% dan validasi media sebesar 97%. Hasil menunjukan bahwa produk E-Modul layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Perancangan Interior Gedung di SMK Negeri 58 Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching material regarding research design in the Electronic Module-based Research Methodology course which consists of problems, theoretical basis, hypothesis submission, research methods and to find out the value of the effectiveness of electronic module teaching materials through limited distribution. This study uses a research and development research method (R&D) with the Thiagarajan 4D model. The results of the validation by material experts were 0,94 in the very high category, while the results of the validation by the media experts were 0,89 in the very high category. The limited trial results showed an increase in the average value of the pre test by 62,45 and post test by 78,53. Therefore, it can be concluded that the electronic module teaching materials for this electronic module can increase understanding in terms of material and are declared fit for use in learning.
