Abstract

Financial statements are a major tool used as a measurement tool to assess the performance of profit-oriented institutions (profit-oriented) and non-profit institutions (not profit-oriented). Hasanuddin University is part of a non-profit institution that has an interest in having quality financial reports. This research aims to find out the factors that influence the quality of financial statement information at Hasanuddin University. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method that has a level of associative explanation. The population in this study is all financial management employees who work in the finance department of the 3rd Floor of the Rectorate of Hasanuddin University. While the sample selection uses the total sampling method with a total sample of 62 people. The results of this study are of the four variables namely human resource competency, technology utilization, leadership support, and funding support which have the most significant influence, namely human resource competence, then successive variables of financial support, leadership support, and technology utilization variables. The competency of human resources is very influential on the quality of the financial statements of Hasanuddin University. The better the competence of human resources, the better the quality of the financial statement of Hasanuddin University. So it is important to increase the knowledge of human resources about processing financial statements and to provide training in accordance with what is needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the influence and role of human resources on the quality of financial performance at the Rectorate of Accounting and Finance at Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar. Quantitative research method with analysis using SPSS 25 and purposive sampling of 62 respondents. The results showed that the nature of responsibility and the provision of training to improve the quality of human resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial performance, that roles and functions were varied, and that training materials tailored to the needs of financial staff played a key role in improving the quality of financial performance in the Rectorate of Accounting and Finance at Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang diberikan oleh perguruan tinggi kepada mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang tertuang pada poin ke tiga, mengenai aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Melalui program ini, Universitas Hasanuddin memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa di tengah kehidupan masyarakat dengan turut serta membantu memecahkan masalah berdasarkan keilmuan sesuai dengan situasi, kondisi, masalah dan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat di lapangan. Kuliah Kerja Nyata Inovasi Teknologi Tepat Guna Gel. 110, Posko 4 Kecamatan Tompobulu melakukan pengabdian terhadap mitra Sentra Industri Pengolahan Kopi Banyorang dan juga masyarakat di sekitar kelurahan banyorang. Salah satu program kerja yang dimiliki yaitu program kerja inidividu yang tetap dikerjakan secara bersama-sama, adapun programnya “Alternatif Teknologi Pemupukan Granuler Menggunakan Pipa Pralon”. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan studi literatur dan melaksanakan pembuatan alat yang terdiri beberapa tahap seperti perencanaan, penyiapan alat dan bahan, pembuatan alat pemupukan granuler serta melakukan sosialisasi mengenai alat pemupukan granuler yang telah termasuk cara pembuatan serta cara penggunaan alat. Program kerja ini merupakan program kerja wajib bagi peserta KKNT ITTG GEL. 110 Universitas Hasanuddin. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di kelurahan Banyorang kecamatan Tompobulu.
