Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe the power of two terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Pariskian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pencapaian akhir kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran the power of two lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran ekspositori; (2) Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran the power of two, lebih tinggi siswa yang mendapatkan daripada siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran ekspositori.

Abstract

This research is basically behind the emergence of the idea to document the oral literature of the Kp. Fishermen in Muara Village, Wanasama Binuangen District. The general problem of this research is the structure and function of the oral literature of the Kp. Fishermen in Muara Village, Wanasalam Binuangen District. There are three titles analyzed, namely Karang Malang Beach, Makom Nyi Subang Larang Site and Syeh Mansyur Corner. The purpose of this study is to describe the problems discussed, while the benefits of this research are expected to contribute to the development of oral literature research, especially folklore, can be used as teaching materials in schools, can be used as a reference for further researchers, and as an effort cultural preservation, especially Kp. Fishermen in Muara Village, Wanasalam Binuangen District. The theories used in this research are oral literature theory, structural theory, oral literature function, learning system planning, and literary learning. This study uses a descriptive method, the form of this research is qualitative and uses a structural approach and sociology of literature.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of use of learning media during the learning process carried out by teachers, so that students become bored and lack understanding of the material being taught. The purpose of this research is to develop a Baruang Card (Learning to Build Space) media product based on a scientific approach for learning mathematics of building space materials in grade V of elementary school. The Baruang Card Media will be tested for validity by media experts and maternal experts along with seeing the attractiveness of students This research uses the Research and Development research method of the Borg and Gall development research model with nine steps starting from Research and Information. Collecting. Planning, Develop Preliminary form of Product. Preliminary Field Testing. Operational Field Testing. Operational Product Revision, Main Field Testing, Main Product Revision, and Final Product Revision. This research was conducted at SDN Karundang 1 with the research subject in class V with 16 students in a limited trial and 28 students in a trial use. The results of the study show that the Baruang Card media has been successfully developed and has met the valid criteria of learning media experts, mathematics subject matter experts and teachers with percentages of 97%, 93.33% and 99.6% respectively. Furthermore, the results of the trial of the attractiveness of the Baruang Card media to students also showed that the media produced was attractive by obtaining a percentage of 93.5%. learning media, scientific approach, mathematics building space
