Abstract

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisa pada sistem yang berjalan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD. BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisanya menggunakan metode SWOT Analysis (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi dan saran pengembangan sistem informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan user yang tertuang dalam elisitasi.

Abstract

Application of Information Technology has now spread almost in all fields is no exception in the management of the School Operational Fund allows all operational funds management activities informasi.Kebutuhan technology will utilize information technology is closely connected with the role of fund management boss as a standard program of education that is needed to finance the activities nonpersonnel operation for 1 ( one ) year as part of the overall education funding to education units can conduct educational activities on a regular and ongoing basis in accordance with National Education Standards . With the construction of Management Information Systems Applications " ASISMEN " School Operational Assistance " BOS " , which can provide information to the school principal and school treasurer or educational institutions regarding the distribution of financial problems by the BOS . So that the information provided is presented in the form of special reports that can be presented properly and periodically easily understood and easy to use. One example is the implementation of financial information systems in enterprises or other institutions , as well as in SDN Tangerang The final result of this research is a system that can provide accurate and up to date report that meets the objectives of the national education standard 8 set by the central government.

Abstract

The development of the digital era requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness not only from a technological aspect, but also from the quality of human resources (HR). One of the main problems faced by MSMEs is the suboptimal management of effective, communicative, and adaptive work teams. CV Syamil, with 42 employees, as an MSME in the Muslim fashion sector, faces challenges in strengthening Teamwork and leadership. This community service activity aims to improve HR capacity through training to build superior teams that include effective communication, Teamwork, and leadership. The methods used are training, discussion, and Mentoring. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of Teamwork, organizational communication, and leadership. The impact of the activity is seen in increased work coordination and HR readiness to face changes in the digital era. Thus, strengthening HR is a key factor in supporting the sustainable growth of MSMEs.
