Abstract

Social networking sites are considered an important channel for expressing opinions and actively participating in political life. Jakarta 2017 election into the spotlight when Basuki Tjahja Purnama or Ahok allegedly defamed the religion of Islam. In the first round, Agus-Sylvi pair must accept defeat and the couple Ahok-Djarot and Anies-Sandi go to the second round of 2017 Regional Head Election of Jakarta. On April 12, 2017, KPUD DKI Jakarta held the last debate discussing the problems and the exposure of work program which has been diserausn by both candidates based on the hashtag #DebatPilkadaDKI. The purpose of this study is to know the direction of opinion Ahok-Djarot candidates and Anies-Passwords on the hashtag #DebatPilkadaDKI as well as the process of forming public opinion. This research uses three concepts are public opinion, social media twitter, and candidate debate. The paradigm used is positivism, quantitative research, descriptive research type, unit analysis using thematic analysis unit (pro, contra, and neutral categorization), variable definition is public opinion variable and social media twitter, analysis model is content analysis, opinion and social media twitter, population and sample that is random sampling, data collecting technique that is documentation, research instrument is sheet coding, data analysis technique using formula percentage, and validity and reliability of data using inter-coder reliability. The results of this study indicate that the pair Ahok-Djarot opinion direction in the last debate tend to be positive than the couple Anies-Sandi.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dalam pembangunan Desa Kiarasari memberi sinyal positif dalam upaya memperkuat desa dan kelembagaanya. Dengan adanya internet ini tentu saja dapat mendorong percepatan pembangunan,namun penggunaan internet saja tidak cukup. Harus ada peningkatan literasi bagi pemangku kepentingan di Desa Kiarasari dalam menggunakan internet. Untuk itu ketersedian internet tidak hanya sebatas perangkat pendukung dan website saja, akan tetapi penguatan sistem informasi bagi perangkat harus berdaya dalam menggunakan internet di desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan literasi internet dan penguatan sistem informasi desa bagi perangkat Desa Kiarasari Sukajaya, Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena ingin melihat dan mendalami brainstorming dengan mitra terkait melalui rencana modul dan instrumen kegiatan yang meliputi kemampuan literasi media. Hasil penelitian masih menunjukan adanya gap atau jarak antara fasilitas dan kebijakan penggunaan denganpemahaman atau literasi bagi para perangkatnya dalam menggunakan internet desa, temuan peneliti menggambarkan pengetahuan mengenai internet aparat desa belum maksimal dengan kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan dan tata kelola desa.

Abstract

The limitations of SMP Negeri 8 Jakarta in providing interactive material on solar system material are the main problems that will be solved in this Community Partnership Program (PKM). Schools in the State Capital should be able to set an example for schools outside the State Capital by involving existing and close resources. It will allow teachers to increase student interest in subjects, especially with the solar system. The structured method was used in this service so that the teachers follow every activity to complete it. The solution achieved is divided into three (3) parts, first strengthening knowledge in digital literacy, then enrichment of information technology knowledge based on virtual learning, and last continuous mentoring in virtual reality and augmented reality in interactive learning. The results obtained in this service are an increase in teachers' understanding of digital literacy. It can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results for solutions one and two from 68 to 81. Another result obtained from this service is the response from the students. Service participants were in a good category, as seen from the questionnaires distributed. The importance of using virtual and augmented reality to increase student involvement in learning the solar system is another goal of this service.

Abstract

Dakwah bertujuan untuk mengajak orang lain dalam kebaikan. Dakwah memerlukan sebuah media untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada sasaran dakwah. Instagram merupakan media dakwah untuk mengajak orang lain ke jalan yang lebih baik. Komunitas underground menyalurkan konten-konten dakwah melalui instagram @tasawufunderground yang dikemas dengan santai dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivis, pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil      penelitian menunjukkan Komunitas Tasawuf Underground menjadikan media sosial Instagram sebagai media dakwah dalam rangka untuk membangun dan menjaga hubungan, mendidik, komunikasi strategis, penyebaran informasi dan branding.
