Abstract

Nurse performance is a measure of success in achieving nursing service goals. Good and bad performance is also influenced by workload, high workload will adversely affect the performance of nurses, poor performance of nurses will affect careers, rewards, no promotion system, and no punishment for poor performance. Based on data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015, the highest number of health workers was nurses as many as 147,264 people (45.65%). In Indonesia, professional nurses only make up 2% of the total existing nurses. This figure is much lower than the Philippines, which has reached 40% with one and two strata education. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and nurse performance at the Rawamangun Special Surgery Hospital in 2021. This study uses a Cross Sectional design. The sampling method used was Total Sampling with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis in this study is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed the highest proportion of good performance was 53.3%, and the highest proportion of light workloads was 63.3%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that PR = 0.96; 95% CI = 0.430 – 2.141. There is no relationship between workload and nurse performance at the Rawamangun Special Surgery Hospital in 2021

Abstract

Leprosy or leprosy is an infectious disease caused by infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae) which attacks various parts of the body including nerves and skin. Based on data obtained from the Kebon Jeruk Health Center, leprosy cases were still found, namely from 2016 5 cases, then there was a very significant increase in 2017 to 16 cases, in 2018 to 14 cases, and 2019 until April 7 cases were found. This study aims to determine the factors related to the incidence of leprosy in the working area of ​​the Kebon Jeruk Public Health Center in 2019. This study used a case-control design with a sample size of 90 respondents. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique for the case group and purposive sampling for the control group and analyzed with the chi-square test which was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. In the results of this study, there were 30 respondents (33.3%) who suffered from leprosy. There is a significant relationship between age (ρ = 000), personal hygiene (ρ = 0.000) with the incidence of leprosy. It is recommended that respondents maintain personal hygiene and improve a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS).

Abstract

Latar Belakang & Tujuan: Upaya preventif dalam protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan masyarakat dalam memutuskan mata rantai Covid-19 pada masa Kembali normal yaitu dengan membiasakan diri memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun atau hand sanitizer, menjaga jarak (social distancing), menjauhi keramaian dan menghindari berpergian ke luar daerah. Peningkatan jumlah penderita secara signifikan ini dikaitkan dengan perilaku ketidakpatuhan atau ketidak disiplinan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik perilaku kepatuhan petugas non medis dengan protokol Kesehatan 3M di Rumah Sakit XYZ Tahun 2021. Metode: Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Data analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik jenis kelamin p-value = 0,909 >α 0,05 & PR 0,922, usia p-value = 0,277 >α 0,05 & PR 2,135, tingkat pendidikan p-value = 1,000 >α 0,05 & PR 0,970, sikap p-value = 0,123 >α 0,05 & PR 1,521, motivasi p-value = 0,113 >α 0,05 & PR 1,540, dukungan komite PPI p-value = 0,471 >α 0,05 & PR 1,250, Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara jenis kelaim, usia,tingkat pendidikan, sikap, motivasi dan dukungan komite PPI dengan perilaku kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan 3M.
