Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the ability and work motivation affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Inspectorate of Sidrap Regency. The data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires. The results showed that from the results of statistical data analysis and the results of Ftable where, Fcount (354.925 ) > Ftable (3.17) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, this proves that together or simultaneously there is a significant effect of ability and work motivation . While the results of the t test or partial, the test results obtained the t value for the X1 variable (workability) obtained the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount (8.041) > ttable value (2.00665) indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted means that there is a partially significant effect between work ability (X1) on performance (Y). Variable X2 (work motivation) obtained Sig value 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount value (6.235) > ttable value (2.00665) indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between work motivation (X2) on performance (Y). the value of R Square is 0.932 which indicates that ability (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously affect the performance (Y) of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Inspectorate of Sidrap Regency by 0.932 or (93.2%).

Abstract

The research described in this final project aims to determine the application of tax allocation to motor vehicle taxes in the province of South Sulawesi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, i.e. the author takes special data obtained from observations and interviews conducted from August 9, 2018 to August 23, 2018. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that the application of tax earmarking has not been implemented on motor vehicle taxes in South Sulawesi province as they still encounter obstacles  to a single unit of original regional revenue (PAD) which translates into all regional taxes.  Tax revenue being mixed into one and it will be difficult to allocate motor vehicle tax revenue to tax allocation

Abstract

This study aims to; 1) tofind out the effectiveness of the implementation of land and building tax collection carried out in West Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. , 2) uto know all the problems that arise in the implementation of the Land and Building Tax and 3) uto know whether the target of the Land and Building Tax is achieved or not. Especially in increasing development financing. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of land and building tax collection in the West Bangkala district of Jeneponto Regency has been effective, 2) there are several obstacles in the implementation of the Land and Building Tax, namelythat there are taxpayers who are in arrears with their tax debts;  kis the perfectness of tax administration;  and sometimesthe collection time is not right 3) the land and building tax target in West Bangkala district, Jeneponto Regency has exceeded the target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu data premier dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analisis statistik yaitu analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji f, serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya dan kompetensi kerja secara simultan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar.
