Abstract

This study attempts to look at attentively the local government of kabupaten musi rawas with an organization device was over all the country policies in the preparation of the issuing of the direction of poverty reduction programs .The results of research that is chronic: poverty caused: ( 1 ) a posture and habits of the lives of the community that is unproductive; ( 2 ) the limited means and their isolation; and ( 3 ) low level of the economic situation of education and of health care , the limited job opportunities , the community and helplessness , and poverty while caused ( 1 ) amendments to the economic cycle than in the normal situation be the economic crisis; ( 2 ) seasonal change by poverty such as the cases of food crops; and ( 3 of natural disaster or impact of a policy

Abstract

Abstrak Pendampingan penyusunan peraturan desa di Desa Air Satan, Kecamatan Muara Beliti, Kabupaten Musi Rawas dilaksanakan karena kebutuhan untuk aturan maupun pengelolaan desa masih belum cukup memadai. Dengan pendampingan penyusunan ini diharapkan kemampuan maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh para pemangku kepentingan dapat tercapai. Sehingga para stakeholder mampu mengimplementasikan peraturan dan pengelolaan secara mandiri, dimana hal itu merupakan bentuk pengaplikasian dari otonomi desa. Dalam pendampingan ini tim pelaksana menggunakan beberapa metode pelaksanaan, seperti persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Ketiga proses tersebut digunakan karena cukup ideal dalam melaksanakan pengampingan tentang penyusunan peraturan desa. Selain itu, berkenaan dengan peraturan yang berada di atasnya laporan ini menjelaskan juga tentang telaah peraturan perundang-undangan, baik mengkomparasikan studi terdahulu maupun melihat gap antara peraturan desa dengan peraturan di atasnya. Kata kunci: Pemangku Kepentingan; Penyusunan Peraturan Desa; Partisipatif; Demokratis Abstract Assistance in the preparation of village regulations in Air Satan Village, Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency was carried out because the need for rules and village management was still insufficient. With the assistance of this preparation, it is hoped that the abilities and skills possessed by the stakeholders can be achieved. So that stakeholders are able to implement regulations and manage independently, which is a form of application of village autonomy. In assisting the implementation team, several implementation methods were used, such as preparation, implementation and evaluation. The third process is used because it is quite ideal in carrying out assistance regarding the preparation of village regulations. In addition, with regard to the regulations above it, this report also explains the review of statutory regulations, both comparing previous studies and looking at the gaps between village regulations and regulations above them. Abstract

The problem of this research was regarding the alienation certificate (SPH) like: 1). less awareness of people about the importance of alienation certificate, 2). the lack of socialization from the related institute about the importance of this alienation in village or district, 3). lack of education on people about the importance of this land affairs document, which in the document regulation was arranged regarding the realization of the land affairs. This research aimed to know the policy of alienation certificate (a study in Rawas Ilir district North Musi Rawas). This study used qualitative method and the data analysis technique were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study indicated that some indicators as follow: Communication and bureaucracy had been achieved the indicators represents the implementation of SPH in the village. Therefore it can be concluded that policy of alienation certificate policy in Rawas Ilir district has been achieved.

Abstract

Pupuk organik dibuat dari penguraian tanaman, hewan, atau sampah organik oleh mikroorganisme aktif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia,minimnya pengetahuan tentang bahaya pupuk terhadap unsur hara pada tanah. Tujuan PKM untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia dan beralih ke pupuk organik.Metodologi PKM ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan sosialisasi, dan penyiapan materi Tahap pelaksanaan, dilakukan penyampaian materi kebijkan penggunaan pupuk organik. Tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi dengan tanya jawab tentang materi dan penggunaan pupuk organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat mengaplikasikan pupuk organik pada tanaman, meningkatkan kesadaran peserta tentang pentingnya penggunaan pupuk organik, sehingga bisa mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia di masyarakat Desa Air Satan .
