Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between price, advertising and Service on customer decision among the employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Rangkasbitung. 100 customers selected as samples by using simple random sampling technique taken from the overall population of 134 customers. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the customer decision was positively affected by the price, advertising and service at Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Rangkasbitung, and the service was positively affected by the price and the advertising. The findings suggest that the variation of the customer decision of the customers might have been affected by the price, advertising and the Service.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of depreciation on profitability as measured by ROA. Where the object of the research is the Regional Water Company Lebak. Condition of Lebak PDAM is still included in the unfavorable conditions in which the company has not been able to fulfill all obligations of operating expenses. The level of profitability is still very low, One of the factors that influence these conditions is the depreciation expense increased significantly. In this study the authors used the calculation of ROA (Return On Assets) to measure the level of profitability. This was done to see the extent to which the effectiveness of the company's fixed assets existing receipts in generating profits as much as possible. Based on the results of that there is the influence of the depreciation of the profitability ratio on the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Kabuten Lebak, where variable X is calculated based on the proportion of the burden deprasiasi and Y is calculated using the ratio of ROA. that is equal to 69.22% and 30.78% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect role of raw material on optimization production at micro business in Kampung Desa Cibuluh Mugijaya Cigemblong Lebak. This study uses a combination of research methods (mixed methods) between quantitative and qualitative research methods. Desing study based on reports production of raw materials and optimization of production at micro business. The population used in this study is 25 palm sugar artisans. Purposive sampling method was used conducted research. The results showed that Three is effect of raw material on optimization of production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine selling at CV. Pasir Biru Lebak Banten and to find out how much the role of promotion increasing sales. The research methods is a quantitative method, the type of survey research. Populations used are all employees of CV. Pasir Biru totaling 35 people, the sample in this study as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis. The result proved that there is a positive and significant effect between the role of promotions on sales.

Abstract

The quality of service is good is very important in creating customer satisfaction, but to understand how to evaluate the quality received by consumers is not easy, the quality of services is more difficult to evaluate than the quality of goods, quality of service is not created through the production process in the factory to be submitted to consumers as quality goods. Many studies show that the percentage of customers who decided to continue to use certain bank services because the services they received no satisfaction or perceived well. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty to the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Rangkasbitung. Respondents in this study as many as 60 people. The sampling using probability sampling method with simple random sampling and systematic sampling. The results show there is influence service quality and customer loyalty.
