Abstract

Lahan merupakan salah satu sumberdaya yang sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menopang kehidupan manusia dan mahluk hidup lainnya (Rahning, 2017) (1). Permasalahan sumberdaya lahan memiliki cakupan yang sangat luas. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut meliputi: degradasi dan kerusakan lahan, konversi lahan pertanian produktif ke penggunaan non-pertanian, disparitas serta fragmentasi penguasaan/pemilikan lahan (Auliana, Ichsan dan Nurlina, 2017) (1). Salah satu permasalahan yang paling rawan terkait dengan dengan sumberdaya lahan adalah mengenai degradasi lahan. Degradasi lahan adalah proses penurunan produktivitas lahan, baik yang sifatnya sementara maupun tetap (Rahman, 2011) (2). Dalam dasawarsa terakhir ini, muncul berbagai permasalahan lingkungan hidup yang terkait dengan sumberdaya lahan (Rahning, 2017). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1). untuk mengetahui dinamika temporal tutupan lahan DAS di Kabupaten Sinjai 2). Pengaruh perubahan tutupan lahan terhadap indeks fungsi lindung DAS Kabupaten Sinjai Tahun 2013-2018. Hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan tahun 2019 berdasarkan interpretasi citra landsat 8 disajikan pada tabel 1 dan gambar 2. Tabel 1 menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 kelas tutupan lahan pertanian campuran merupakan kelas tutupan lahan dengan luasan terbesar yaitu 65.512,33 Ha dan jumlah pikselnya sebanyak 727.914 piksel, kemudian penutupan lahan berupa hutan primer seluas 2.083,80 Ha dengan jumlah pixek sebanyak 23.153 pixel, kemudian hutan sekunder seluas 2.564,88 Ha dengan jumlah pixel sebanyak 28.498 pixel kemudian penutupan lahan berupa tubuh air seluas 10.420,02 Ha dengan jumlah pixel sebanyak 115.778 pixel, tubuh air terdiri atas lahan sawah, rawa, sungai dan lain sebagainya kemudian penutupan lahan lainnya seluas 1.418,97 Ha dengan jumlah pixel sebanyak 15.766 pixel. Berdasarkan interpretasi tersebut maka Kondisi ini mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi tutupan hutan masih relatif stabil.

Abstract

Land cover change is a major problem with environmental sustainability. The impact of the increasing population is urgent for the need for land for human activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of land cover changes that occur in Sinjai Regency for the period 2014 to 2022. The research uses quantitative research. That is research that starts from a specific plan or a detailed set of questions or hypotheses. This research is closely related to the process of enumerative induction (induction based on calculations). Based on the analysis using imagery data, the rate of land change in Sinjai district was obtained as follows: : land cover in the form of mixed land decreased by 287.61 Ha, secondary forest decreased by 135.98 Ha, primary forest by 20.04 Ha, water body by 140.46 Ha and other uses increased by 586.53 Ha. Abstract

Land cover change is a transition process, such as agricultural land does not immediately turn into built-up land but into grass/soil or shrubs land cover change the transition process of land cover change. This study aims to (1) Determine the rate of change in the temporal function of the hedge. (2) Determine the value of the protection coefficient based on the results of satellite imagery analysis. The method used in this study is spatial descriptive, with land units as units of analysis or mapping units. In spatial description, the results of the study will be described and displayed in the form of a map. In this study, it will be described spatially and temporally the land cover and its effect on the index of protected function of the research area (Sinjai Regency Watershed). The analysis used is spatial analysis whose processing uses a Geographic Information System, with outputs including Land Use Maps and Land Cover Maps. In the period 2014 - 2022, there was a dynamic change in land cover in the Sinjai Regency watershed. The largest land cover that has changed is miscellaneous use which changed 49.87%, then mixed land which changed 24.66% and water body 12.20%. The index of the protected function of the Sinjai Regency Watershed in 2014 was 0.57 and in 2022 it was 0.50. During the period 2014-2022 there was an increase in the hedging function index by 0.02. Abstract

West Bacukiki District is a food source-producing area in Parepare City, South Sulawesi. However, this area is located on rocky hills and has a slope of up to 25°. It was quite difficult for the management of water and soil because the water at a height of discharge is very little. The condition was felt by the Barangan Farmers Group who cultivate shallots. Water has to be pumped and it costs a lot to buy fuel for the pumping machine. One solution that can be done is a pumping system with abundant alternative energy sources and the provision of organic fertilizer products to having nutrient needs. This activity was carried out in 4 stages, namely socialization of activities, optimizing solar panels, repairing water pumps, and bio-humic application. This activity really helps KT Barangan in agricultural cultivation activities by increasing the discharge of pumpable water and increasing the organic matter of rocky and sloping soils on their land.

Abstract

Permasalahan limbah domestik, khususnya limbah organik, masih menjadi tantangan besar di kawasan perkotaan termasuk di Kota Makassar, KWT Seruni kini secara mandiri melakukan pemilahan dan pengolahan limbah organik rumah tangga dengan memanfaatkan teknologi biokonversi berbasis larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) untuk menghasilkan Kasgot atau kompos. Masyarakat disekitar KWT Seruni telah meningkat pengetahuaannya terkait pentingnya memilah dan mengolah sampah dari sumber khususnya sampah organik. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat penerapan konsep ekonomi sirkular di Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Seruni, Kelurahan Buntusu, Kecamatan Tamalanrea, Kota Makassar melalui pemanfaatan teknologi biokonversi limbah domestik menggunakan larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF). Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2025 di KWT Seruni di Perumahan Bumi Tamalanrea Permai (BTP) Blok K, Kelurahan Buntusu Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar dan melibatkan KWT, Stakeholder, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait manajemen usaha produk pupuk kompos (kasgot) dapat tersedia secara berkesinambungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam mengelola limbah organik, tercapainya kemandirian dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pupuk organik bagi usaha tani mereka, serta munculnya orientasi komersialisasi produk biokonversi berupa kasgot. Program ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi maggot dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan limbah sekaligus sebagai sumber ekonomi baru di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

The contribution of the mining sector to forest destruction in Indonesia has reached 10% and is now increasing every year to reach 2 million ha. Efforts to improve ex-mining land is by reclamation. The purpose of this study is to determine the design of reclamation activities and to evaluate the success of reclamation at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri. The research method used is descriptive method with data collection techniques that are participant observation. Reclamation activities are carried out in several stages and activities that are systematic and well planned which have links between one activity and another in an effort to improve land quality. To determine the success rate of reclamation by providing an assessment of each reclamation activity, namely land use and revegetation, erosion and sedimentation control, top soil management, revegetation activities and plant maintenance. The results of the evaluation of the success rate of reclamation at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri is 83% with good description.

Abstract

Kelompk Wanita Tani (KWT) Seruni yang beralamat di Perumahan Bumi Tamalanrea Permai Blok G Kelurahan Buntusu Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar dibentuk pada tanggal 12 Maret 2013, KWT ini diketuai oleh Hj. Hartinawati yang dibantu oleh A. Emilda sebagai Sekertaris dan Hj. Zaenab sebagai bendahara serta 27 orang anggota lainnya dibentuk dari program ketahanan Pangan dengan maksud mewujudkan swasembada pangan. KWT ini memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang merupakan fasilitas umum (Lapangan ) yang ada di kompleks perumahan BTP Bloh H. KWT seruni memfokuskan tanaman hortikultura khususnya sayur-sayuran mengingat areal pertanaman tidak begitu luas hanya menggunakan green house. Menurut hasil wawancara dengan ketua KWT Hj. Hartinawati bahwa KWT seruni adalah sifatnya urban farming karena berada di tengah-tengah pemukiman di perkotaan dengan beranggotakan ibu rumah tangga yang mempunyai rutinitas lain sehingga belum terkelola secara optimal. Permasalah utama adalah terkait produksi yaitu aspek budidaya dari segi pemeliharaan, kurangnya tenaga yang bertugas melakukan pemeliharaan khususnya penyiraman. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra terkait pemeliharaan yang berkesinambungan yaitu pembuatan irigasi springkler berbasis IoT untuk penyiraman dengan maksud untuk mengefisienkan penggunaan air, waktu dan tenaga kerja Metode pendekatan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan adalah penyampaian materi secara teoritis tentang penggunaan irigasi sprinkler berbasis IoT, dan teknik pemasaran dan dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi dan praktek mendesain sistem irigasi sprinkler berbasis IoT yang dilakukan oleh anggota KWT. Target yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah : mitra dapat meningkatkan hasil usaha taninya dan menjadi pilot project bagi kegiatan urban farming.
