Abstract

The problems that occur are a lot of data contained in village financial institutions, which raises difficulties in terms of village budgeting and expenditure, so it is necessary to implement an a priori algorithm for data on village income and expenditure budgets. The method that will be used in this study is Apriori by analyzing the village income and expenditure budget data. The formation of association rules is obtained by determining the minimum support value of 2% and minimum confidence of 50%. The association rule with the smallest support score and the highest value of confidence, which is 100%, becomes the rule chosen for the reference of bundling strategies in village expenditure items. Apriori Algorithms can be applied to support the Village Expenditure Budget Item. Planning and spending of the Village Budget Item is greatly assisted by the application of this Priori algorithm so that the effectiveness is expected to be increased. The application of the Apriori algorithm which is done through software designed has been shown to show the appropriate results. This is proven by calculating the value of support and confidence which shows the same results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen organisasi mahasiswa berbasis web. Sistem ini menerapkan konsep paperless office (PLO) yang bertujuan mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam aktifitas kegiatan organisasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan untuk beberapa pengguna, yaitu: akademik, ketua Ormawa, Wakil rektor kemahasiswaan, dan ketua bidang. Dukungan PLO pada pengajuan rencana program kerja, persetujuan, dan pelaporan. Ormawa didaftarkan oleh bagian akademik, lalu ketua Ormawa mendaftarkan ketua bidang masing-masing. Ormawa memasukkan rencana program kerja di sistem. Rencana program kerja selanjutnya diperiksa dan disetujui oleh wakil rektor. Pelaporan dimasukkan oleh Ormawa berupa dokumentasi dan laporan kegiatan. Seluruh rangkaian proses bisnis organisasi mahasiswa dikerjakan tanpa menggunakan kertas. Sistem dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja.

Abstract

University of Muhammadiyah Gorontalo is one of universities that are already implementing information system in several activities. These are constraints problems in scheduling the courses : the difficulty of making class schedule based on the willingness to teach, the difficulty of arranging a schedule that does not coincide, the difficulty of checking compliance credits, and delayed thesis exam schedule. In Planning and Scheduling System Lecture, Thesis Studies Program Information System, was using HTML and PHP. Method used here are Waterfall is hallmark craftsmanship of each phase in the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next phase. So that, the focus of each phase can be done in maximum of craftsmanship. Tests were performed using a system of black box testing. The results obtained in the research is a list Lecturer, Course List, List Lecture Room, Lecture Timetable and Examination Timetable. The scheduling systemis dynamic which means it can be updated.

Abstract

This study aims to integrate all administrative processes in managing theses in a Web-based system and speed up the process of disseminating information or announcements, determining, determining exam schedules for students, evaluating student exam results and providing a means for online thesis guidance processes between lecturers and students. through a computerized chat feature via the website. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development model. This research resulted in a website-based system using the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. The results of this study broadly consist of three stages, namely the input stage which includes input of student registration data, lecturer data, schedule data, information/news data, value data, and determination data. determination of lecturers, scheduling process, examination assessment process, information dissemination process, and chat and correction processes while the output stage consists of the output of student test scores, determination of assistant lecturers, schedule and information.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk membawa akibat pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, oleh karena itu manusia perlu melakukan upaya agar laju pertumbuhan penduduknya terkendali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Naturalistik yakni menggambarkan secara terperinci berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan penelaahan dokumen yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengambilan data peneliti lakukan secara langsung. Data yang diperoleh disusun berdasarkan data times series, kemudian data tersebut di normalisasi. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menentukan parameter neural network (NN) dengan mencari hidden layer, training cycles, learning rate, dan momentum terbaik agar mendapatkan root mean square error (RMSE) terkecil. Tahap selanjutnya adalah proses prediksi. Untuk melihat hasil prediksi data harus di denormalisasi kembali ke bentuk data awal. Hasil prediksi dengan menggunakan NN didapat bahwa prediksi yang valid berjumlah 19 minggu dan range error data berkisar antara angka 6 dan minus 5. Jika dibandingkan dengan standar nilai yang ada, tingkat keakuratan dari data prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk dengan metode NN mendekati angka valid.
