Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the application model of blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, (2) various strategies for increasing student learning competence during the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) various obstacles faced in improving student learning competence. . This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, in which educators, school principals, students and parents became research informants. The results showed that blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali is a learning that combines face-to-face and online learning in its learning system. This comes as a response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The various alternatives in improving student learning competence are: (1) the application of student-centered learning strategies, (2) strengthening the role of parents as companions, (3) the application of active learning-based learning, (4) the use of multimedia-based learning media, ( 5) Time efficiency and learning atmosphere. As for the obstacles faced in improving learning competence (1) Network constraints, (2) Lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, (3) The occurrence of differences of opinion between teachers and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedures, implementation and writing of collaboration-based classroom action research reports. This research was conducted using library research-based research methods, with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that the classroom action research procedure begins with the procedure for identifying learning problems encountered in the classroom by educators, then formulating problems, planning research, determining research instruments, conducting research, analyzing data and writing reports. Implementation is carried out through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and follow-up. This implementation is carried out by teachers in collaboration with teaching teachers or involving other parties as teachers. The CAR report is basically not much different from other research, it's just that the description in the CAR research is more descriptive.

Abstract

Power of attorney and lawsuit are two things that are inseparable when an Advocate carries out his profession to defend the legal interests of his client, especially in civil cases in court, so it can be said that these two things are the heart of handling civil cases that an Advocate must really understand. In formulating a power of attorney and a lawsuit an Advocate is required to understand the formal and material laws of the case he is handling, in addition to that Advocates are required to understand the legal construction of the case being handled by an Advocate, without understanding the above it is very difficult to narrate the minutes of the power of attorney and lawsuit in the said case. Understanding in formulating a power of attorney and lawsuit is the basic capital of a prospective Advocate before carrying out the Advocate profession, so that the Advocate Organization makes this an object of examination for prospective Advocates in the Advocate Professional Exam to assess whether the prospective Advocate is eligible to be appointed as an Advocate being appointed as an Advocate by the Advocate Organization but unable to formulate a power of attorney and lawsuit, of course this is very detrimental to the justice-seeking community in general.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling teachers have a very important role in shaping the character and character of individual students. To achieve successful implementation of guidance and counseling is very closely related to the management of guidance and counseling in schools. The purpose of this study was to get a clear picture of the program and implementation of guidance and counseling as well as the obstacles of guidance and counseling teachers in coaching students at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation. The research subjects were supervising teachers and school principals and 6 students. The results showed that the form of the guidance and counseling program at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan included individual counseling, information services, and group counseling. Guidance and counseling activities carried out by guidance and counseling teachers have had a pretty good impact, this can be seen from the behavior of students at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan. Obstacles in the implementation of guidance and counseling services are the lack of facilities because MTS Ar Ridha is a waqf from the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze religious moderation-based learning at Bina Taruna 1 Private Vocational School Medan. The focus of the study is on two things, namely the form of implementation and constraints in the implementation of religious moderation-based learning. The research method used is qualitative based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberan techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the form of implementation is an in-depth understanding of various religions, respect for diversity, an inclusive curriculum, interfaith dialogue, tolerance practices, collaboration with parents/guardians, training for teachers. The obstacles in implementing religious moderation-based learning are technological developments that are not used properly, intolerant behavior that seems normalized where people who commit religious harassment, for example, often do not receive punishment for their actions, the school also cannot fully supervise students. Because these students also have lives outside the school environment that teachers cannot reach.
