Abstract

The research aims to examine descriptively about leadership, organizational climate, empowerment, and school committee performance and examine verification about the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and empowerment on school committee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive and verification. The population consists of administrators of the State Senior High School Committees in the East Priangan Region with cluster random sampling techniques. Data sources used are primary and secondary data with analysis techniques using path analysis. Descriptive research results prove that leadership, organizational climate, empowerment, and school committee performance are in good condition but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. Verification research results prove that leadership, organizational climate, and empowerment significantly influence the performance of school committees either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The research aims to study in a descriptive manner the urgency of Islamic moral education in the global era and solutions to overcome it. Many facts that have been revealed about the low morality of the people cause concern for the loss of national identity. Indications that appear in the form of rampant fraud, crime, prostitution, pornography, trafficking in persons, the spread of hoaxs and various other forms of social-ethical violations. The rapid progress of information and communication technology adds to the difficulty of filtering out foreign cultures that are not relevant to the character of the Indonesian people. The way to anticipate it is needed to strengthen internal morality, in the form of more intensive Islamic moral education. The research method uses library research with a qualitative-interpretative analysis approach, the main data being core principles in Islamic moral education. The results showed: 1) Throughout life, humans need education; 2) Moral education is the core of forming moral character; 3) In the global era, moral education is absolutely essential and cannot be delayed

Abstract

This research aims to examine descriptively about students' perceptions of learning English. The research method used is descriptive quantitative survey techniques. The population consists of students who have attended English courses in the last two years, with total sampling techniques. The data source is primary data, analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach to find out the frequency of answers and the percentage magnitude. The results of the study prove that the students' perspective on learning English is not optimal. Learning English is considered heavy, inadequate environment and facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriftif analitik untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MTs Negeri se-kabupaten Majalengka, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampel, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada para responden, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif dengan alat statistik SPSS dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi pengaruh secara simultan dari variabel Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (X1) dan kompetensi profesional guru (X2) terhadap kualitas pembelajaran 87,47% dan sisanya sebesar 12,53% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model yang diteliti. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi secara teoretis berkaitan dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru bahasa Arab yang dipengaruhi oleh manajemen mutu terpadu dan kompetensi profesional guru sehingga dapat dikembangkan sebagai kebijakan baru pada sektor pendidikan pada umumnya dan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada khususnya.
