Abstract

Abstract: Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (PPPK) is a technical and operational unit of Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) East Java Regional that take care of training and vocational education development. UPT PPPK has a main task to organize training and vocational education development, administration, and public services. UPT PPPK has a Educational Services Division (Seksi Pelayanan Pendidikan) which suppose to organize training for Vocational High School’s teachers in Each Java Regional.Whilst there are almost 1500 Vocational High Schools, arround 36.000 teachers, and 211 vocationals in East Java which is impossible to organize all vocationals in a year. To overcome these conditions UPT PPPK needs a solution system that could assist to determining which teacher that need training the most. Collecting and analyzing data in order to identify what subjects or elements inside the organization that need to be enhanced for the sake of increasing organization’s productivity is what called as Training Need Analysis.Based on result of testing and evaluation, the application success to determining the gap that need training for the teacher through exam as placement test and teacher's training history. Whilst this gap would lead UPT PPPK to give a proper training and determining the training's participants.

Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang usaha pembuatan kapas dan kasa untuk keperluan kosmetik dan kesehatan yang ada di Surabaya. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini ialah pemesanan dari distributor saat ini masih melalui email, ketika ada pemesanan yang banyak hal ini membuat Bagian Pemasaran harus melakukan pengecekan pada masing-masing email baru. Selain itu bagian pemsaran harus melakukan pengecekan kembali pada Bagian Gudang terkait jumlah barang yang tersedia dan jika barang tidak tersedia maka distributor harus menunggu produksi barang tersebut. Solusi yang dibuat adalah dengan membuat aplikasi web untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan secara real-time dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi ini pada Bagian Pemasaran, Gudang, Produksi, dan Bagian Ekspedisi yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses transaksi yang dilakukan oleh distributor dan membantu setiap divisi yang ada pada PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim seperti : 1)  mempercepat proses transkasi yang dilakukan oleh distributor, 2) penentuan batas aman persediaan barang minimal menggunakan metode safety stock, 3) memberikan kemudahan untuk melakukan pencatatan barang dan pemesanan, 4) mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses transaksi pemesanan yang dilakukan distributor mulai dari pemesanan sampai dengan pengiriman barang. Terdapat fitur untuk menghitung safety stock untuk stock pengaman yang ada pada gudang. Aplikasi ini juga membantu untuk mempermudah pembuatan setiap laporan.

Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.

Abstract

Bangkalan Middle School 4 is an educational institution that was established in 1979 and is one of the public schools. During this time, Bangkalan 4 Public Middle School recorded and carried out the assessment process using paper, where the recording of values and presence carried out on paper sometimes suffered loss or damage to the paper and in the process of calculating the value is still done manually which results in miscalculation or typing in the delivery of information about the school's academic activities is not good enough, delivered at the end of the semester. To overcome this problem, 4 Bangkalan Middle School requires the School Academic Information System to be related to student attendance, student assessment and attendance information, grades and student ranking. So that the school can provide academic information to students and parents of students. Based on the results of the analysis, system design, and making that has been done, it can be concluded that the design of academic information systems can record the presence of students by homeroom and can be seen directly by students without having to wait at the end of the semester. a matter of minutes without having to count the grades of students one by one. The system will calculate the value automatically and can be directly seen by homerooms and students without having to wait 1 week to 1 month. Students can also find out student grade ranking information.

Abstract

One of the open services SD Al Falah (Assalam) is a website with the address www.sdalfalahassalam.sch.id. This website is to provide information to students, guardians of students or prospective students. The contents of the SD Al Falah (Assalam) website are about achievements, the latest news, alumni, assignments, agenda, work, info and registration of new students. Based on the analysis of the answers to the questionnaire, the website display needs to be updated and designed because the conclusions obtained from the results of the questionnaire do need to be redesigned because there is an assessment of improvement criteria that show low priority (Saverity Rating value). To overcome this problem, research is conducted to prove the website and provide a new design based on the results of the evaluation that will be done. One method that can be used to analyze web sites is User Centered Design (UCD), which uses the user's website as a primary consideration in creating a website. The final result of this research is to design a user interface with language prototyping. Judging from the final evaluation data and the priority improvement intervals used in the conformity rating table, users assess that the new UI is easier to learn than the old design. UI usability evaluations carried out before and after development, UI, make, on average, an increase of 1.16 which means there are no problems.
