Eco-brick is an environmentally friendly brick management technique for plastic waste made from used PET plastic bottles in which various plastic bins have been filled to the brim, then compacted until it becomes hard to reach a certain amount of weight. Eco-brick can be one of the alternative affordable architectural material. The method conducted the implementation of Community Service activities is the socialization and presentation on eco-bricks assembly to the people of Kelurahan Keranggan, Setu, Tangerang, who face the issue of organic waste. Through socialization with presentations to the community, it is expected that it can increase the community participation in sustainable waste management. The results of Community Service activities are the increase in the level of community awareness in organic and organic waste management, as well as community better understanding of environmentally friendly alternative building materials from eco-brick.

The conditions of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia is getting more startling, as experienced by Tangerang Regency. The number of confirmed cases is increasing, even though the wheels of the economy cannot be shut completely. All sectors of the economy carry out strategies in order to remain productive. PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk., A property developer in Tangerang is also perform mitigation. As on other property developers, Summarecon, in implementing construction projects, continues to concentrate workers on the project site at the same time. The density and high interaction between workers is very potential in spreading the virus. The task force for handling Covid-19 PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk was formed to mitigate the spread of the virus in the project. One of its duties is to compile a Health Protocol to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19. This protocol is part of a government policy to achieve construction safety, particularly the health of construction workers. The main protocols in preventing Covid-19, include; establishing a Covid-19 prevention task force, identifying the potential dangers of Covid-19 in the field, providing health facilities in the field and implementing Covid-19 prevention in the field. Pradita University in collaboration with the Summarecon Covid-19 Prevention Task Force to oversee the implementation of health protocols for workers. The series of outreach activities aimed to educate construction workers in an effort to increase health awareness in construction management. The target of this activity is for construction workers to remain productive without neglecting health and safety

Pemanfaatan RTH daerah sempadan yang rawan erosi serta peningkatan muka air yang terjadi secara berkala saat musim hujan merupakan tantangan yang sering terjadi di kota yang dilintasi sungai. Penataan daerah sempadan sungai antara dapat difungsikan menjadi zona budi daya (UU No 5 Tahun 2008). Zona tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai kegiatan-kegiatan masyarakat sekitar area tersebut. Perlu perencanaan yang baik agar kegiatan yang ada tidak menimbulkan dampak merugikan bagi kelestarian dan keamanan fungsi serta fisik sungai. Di sisi lain, perencanaan tersebut harus tepat sasaran agar dapat digunakan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat, sebagai bentuk fasilitas kota agar kegiatan berkota dapat terwujud. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode deskriptif melalui pemetaan lokasi sekitar untuk mengetahui sasaran desain sebagai kriteria awal. Dari kriteria tersebut akan diterjemahkan kedalam desain yang ideal untuk suatu ruang public dengan diskusi internal bersama anggota tim pengabdi. Setelah itu, pengembangan desain awal akan disesuaikan dengan batasan kondisi fisik dan realisasi pengerjaan dengan pentahapan pembangunan. Dengan metode ini, diharapkan masyarakat sekitar sungai Cisadane, khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal dekat dengan lokasi perancangan akan dapat menggunakan fasilitas tersebut secara maksimal. Realisasi ruang publik tahap awal tersebut diharapkan dapat memicu perencanaan ruang public yang ideal secara menyeluruh.

The Thematic Tourism Village Program in Tangerang City seems to have been asked by the city government as an effort to improve people's welfare. The active role of the community is very much needed in the development of the environment in which they live. Likewise in determining the content or theme in planning the Thematic Tourism Village so that it is right on target. The community is expected to be the subject of development, not only as recipients of policies because they have an impact on their daily lives. On the one hand, the potential of society and nature, both tangible and intangible, and the aspirations of the community should be explored as the basis for determining the theme. Pradita University as a university within the scope of the Banten province scale assists the people of North Panunggangan Village as a form of implementing Tridarma. In the planning steps of the Thematic Tourism Village by the Tangerang City Government, the steps for finding ideas are data collection or documentation, mapping, and socialization of Thematic Tourism Villages. Increasing this understanding is an important first step considering that no similar activity has been found at the locus of activity, even though the community needs it so that the development of Thematic Villages is more focused. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that there was an increase in understanding after the socialization was carried out. The discussion was well established as evidenced by the residents' answers to questions about their opinions on the desire and awareness of the potential of the area to be developed into a tourist village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter arsitektur rumah dan permukiman abdi dalem juru kunci di Kampung Dhondhongan Kotagede Yogyakarta. Kampung Dhondhongan adalah permukiman abdi dalem di dekat gapura paduraksa Masjid Mataram Islam Kotagede yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu abdi dalem Kasultanan Yogyakarta dan Kasunanan Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan rasionalistik. Setelah peninjauan teori, dilakukan observasi lapangan, meliputi dokumentasi, pengukuran, dan wawancara. Analisis karakter arsitektur rumah tinggal dan permukiman spatial system, physical system, dan stylistic system (sesuai Habraken,1988). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan arsitektur rumah tinggal masih memiliki karakter tradisional Jawa, walau telah terjadi perubahan elemen arsitekturnya. Para abdi dalem masih berusaha mempertahankan norma arsitektur abdi dalem dari kraton, kesederhanaan, dan keseragaman fasad rumah tinggal mereka. Permukiman abdi dalem mempertahankan garis pembagian wilayah kerajaan yang berpengaruh pada perkembangan rumah, orientasi bangunan, dan ruang untuk interaksi sosial. Hal ini merujuk pada posisi abdi dalem sebagai ‘kawula’ bagi Kraton.
