Abstract

Sebagai seorang dosen mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan wajib membuat laporan kinerja pada BKD dan LKD secara manual yang kemudian dilakukan dengan komputerisasi, nanum masih banyak kendala dalam pengarsipan, maka disini penulis membuat sosialisasi agar easy to documentation arsip dosen secara elektronik dimasa pandemic covid-19, untuk ini penulis membuat implementasi database e-document BKD dan LKD dengan aplikasi Microsoft Access. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membantu : 1)Dosen Mengarsipkan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi secara perorangan. 2). Mendigitalisasi document dalam bentuk files. 3) Mendatabase file-file BKD dan LKD dosen pada tingkat Universitas persemester Gasal/Genap. Metode yang dirancang dalam kegiatan ini berupa : 1) Mencreate table-tabel database relasional . 2) Mencreate Form-form input. 3) MenQuerykan relasi-relasi table sebagai kebutuhan informasi BKD dan LKD. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dosen mampu mengunakan flatform Microsoft Access untuk e-document BKD dan LKD, hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini : 1) Mensosialisasikan Database Relasional. 2)Mendemokan aplikasi e-document untuk input data-data dosen. 3) Target luaran berupa : software Aplikasi, Paten/Haki software dan journal.

Abstract

Final year students are in the age range of 20 to 25 years. These final year students often find conditions that are not pleasant for them because they are in preparation for writing a thesis which they feel is the most challenging and very complicated task. The struggle to compose a thesis is not as easy as working on a report from a particular course. Writing a thesis requires intention, motivation to learn, enthusiasm for learning, hard work, and requires support from the closest people such as family, friends, which in the end, if there is a collision without anyone accompanying it, will cause stress where stress is a condition or condition of a person feeling depressed because of a lot of stress. demands both from within and from outside the individual that must be met. The title of the thesis and the content of the discussion must be in sync or in accordance with the research results. The university strongly demands that students be creative and wise in compiling theses and assignments as an obligation for students sitting on the final level lecture bench. The purpose of this study is to analysis of student academic resilience, a study on coping stres and self-esteem. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 468 people. Based on the calculation of the formula, the minimum sample of the study amounted to 83 people. This research uses multiple linear regression model. The results showed that coping stress has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience. Self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan kadar hemoglobin didalam darah rendah yaitu kurang dari 12 gr/dl pada remaja khususnya putri.Ketika hemoglobin tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik, tubuh akan mengalami beberapa gejala berupa lemas dan cepat lelah, sakit kepala dan pusing, kulit terlihat pucat, dada berdebar, serta sesak napas dua miliar penduduk dunia mengidap anemia defisiensi zat besi. Sekitar 50% kasus anemia diakibatkan karena defisiensi besi. Anemia defisiensi besi merupakan suatu kondisi ketika kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah tergolong rendah. Rosella (Habicus Sabdariffa) merupakan salah satu tanaman obat tradisional yang memiliki kandungan mineral (fe) dan vitamin C paling tinggi.Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperiment yaitu pretest dan posttest one only group bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah diberikan ekstrak bunga rosella (hibiscus sabdariffa). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA 9 Padang. Populasinya adalah remaja putri yang mengalami anemia yaitu 623 orang. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan cara porposive samplingyaitu 16 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober 2021. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t-test dependen. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata rata Kadar Hb sebelum intervensi adalah 10,6 dengan SD 0,15, rata rata kadar Hb setelah intervensi adalah 12,0 dengan SD 0,12. Dan P Value 0,000 (<0,05) artinya ada pengaruh Ekstrak bunga Rosela terhadap Kadar Hb remaja putri di SMA 09 Pauh. Saran kepada SMA 9 Padang untuk meningkatkan upaya  kesehatan atau memberikan pendidikan kesehatan motivasi siswa khususnya siswa Anemia untukselalu memperhatikan cara penatalaksanaan pengontrolan Kadar Hemoglobin dengan menggunakan media yang menarik.Kata Kunci : Kadar Hemoglobin, Remaja Putri,Rosella

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, peningkatan kualitas kerja pegawai menjadi kunci keberhasilan instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, kompetensi, dan beban kerja terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai di Lapas Kelas IIA Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional multivariat dan teknik total sampling (sensus) terhadap 125 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berjenjang (skala Likert) dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis serta Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, variabel kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja dan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel yaitu pelatihan kerja, kompetensi kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. This research was conducted with the aim of determining Job Satisfaction, Individual Characteristics and Employee Work Involvement on Organizational Commitment at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. The population in the study amounted to 60 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires and the results of the analysis will be presented in tabular form. The sampling technique used the census method. The results of the study indicate that the variable of job satisfaction does not significantly influence organizational commitment, the variable of individual characteristics has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the variable of work involvement does not significantly influence organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, individual characteristics and work involvement together have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work life quality, incentives, and leadership on employee job satisfaction at Bank BTPN Padang Branch Office. Job satisfaction is an important factor that affects employee performance and productivity in achieving organizational goals. A good quality of work life, a fair and transparent incentive system, as well as an effective leadership style, are believed to enhance job satisfaction among employees. However, in practice, there are still various issues regarding suboptimal employee job satisfaction levels, which require further research to identify the influencing factors. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Bank BTPN Padang Branch Office. The sampling technique used is a census (total sampling), where the entire population is taken as the researchsample. The research findings show that work life quality, incentives, and leadership simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Partially, work life quality has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, indicating that better work life quality leads to higher employee satisfaction. Incentives also have a positive and significant effect, suggesting that fair and transparent incentive distribution can increase employee motivation and satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership has a significant impact on job satisfaction, implying that a participative and communicative leadership style fosters a conducive work environment and enhances employee satisfaction.
