Abstract

The era of global competition in education is required to develop rapidly, actively and dynamically. We face the challenges needed fundamental changes in the world of education itself so that the human resources generated will become human resources that are able to adapt to the times. Realizing that, SD Negeri Cikampek Selatan I as primary school felt the need to implement a new computerized student enrollment system as part of the change that replaced the new student registration system (conventional), because the computerized system can accelerate and simplify the process and minimize the mistakes that there, for that the author designed the New Student Enrollment Application Program on State Elementary School Cikampek Selatan I-Karawang, so that the program is made in accordance with the needs of the new student registration system that already exist, the authors make the design of this program ranging from input documents containing the process of filling the form of prospective students, the process of entering student data, the process of entering the data Parents, the process of entering user data and output documents containing new student cards and student reports.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Pucung sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi guna mempercepat proses pendataan, mencetak surat, mencari data dan membuat laporan sehingga kepuasan dalam pelayanan tidak hanya dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat tetapi seluruh staff juga dapat merasakannya karena pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Peneliti membuat sistem informasi mengenai Pengolahan Data Administrasi Kependudukan pada Kantor Desa Pucung, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan yang berjalan disana, wawancara dengan beberapa aparat desa dan studi pustaka. Sistem Pengolahan Data ini menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan tahap awal yaitu Analisa Kebutuhan Perangkat Lunak dan tahap akhir yaitu Desain, sistem ini telah peneliti analisa mengenai apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna sehingga sistem ini dapat bermanfaat untuk pengguna. Dalam Sistem ini pengguna dapat dengan mudah mencari data, memasukkan dan menyimpan data dengan sistem keamanan yang menjamin, mencetak surat dengan cepat dan menghasilkan laporan dengan hasil yang akurat. Perancangan Sistem Pengolahan Data Administrasi Kependudukan ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di Kantor Desa Pucung Karawang. Dengan sistem ini, kinerja pelayanan akan meningkat dan menjadi lebih cepat, mudah dan rapih dibandingkan sistem yang terdahulu.

Abstract

The process of archiving mails at the Cihambulu Village office the writing is still conventional. there are some deficiency including the process of writing that is not neat, archiving still using the ledger. Therefore required a program that can solving the problem, so the problems that occur at this Cihambulu Village office can be resolved. The concept of designing this system refers to the activities of data processing incoming mail, data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, to the manufacture of incoming mail reports and outgoing mail. some stages in the development or design of this program are software requirements analysis, program design, program code generation, program testing. The making this program using JAVA programming language, MySQL as database and windows 7 as operating system. Research methods used in the design of this system is the method of interviewing, observation, and literature study. While the purpose of designing this system is to produce a mail archiving program so that it can assist employees in data processing incoming mail, data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, making reports incoming mails and outgoing mail.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the application of administrative data processing has been used by many parties, both agencies, organizations, as well as in educational institutions that will trigger the performance of agencies to be better than before. The payment data processing of SPP on SMA Negeri 1 Cikampek until now are still operating manually, so that activities associated with the administration is still slow even still queued to make payments. Specifically the functions performed by the application payment administration developed include, student data collection, alumni data, SPP Payment, and collection payment. Display student information, alumni information, payment SPP reports, until collection reports. This application payment administration is developed using Java programming language. With this computerized payment sistem hopely to improve the data processing of SPP payment, bimbingan study, study tour, and others effectively and efficiently.
