Abstract

Abstrak: Generasi millennial adalah generasi yang lahir mulai dari tahun 1980an sampai sekarang. Mereka diharapkan menjadi penerus dari generasi sebelumnya, secara tidak langsung generasi millennial juga dituntut untuk memiliki tanggung jawab memimpin bangsa di masa depan dengan tujuan mengubah nasib suatu bangsa menjadi lebih baik dan sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran dan kontribusi dari kepemimpinan milenial dalam memperkuat budaya organisasi di perusahaan, mengingat terdapat beberapa generasi yang terlibat dan berkecimpung di dunia kerja mulai dari baby boomers sampai dengan generasi milenia. Selain itu, beberapa petinggi yang menjabat di suatu organisasi pada perusahaan rata-rata ditempati oleh generasi diatas milenial tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan generasi milenial juga dapat menempati posisi tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu untuk menemukan gejala atau fenomena yang terjadi di organisasi dengan adanya peran generasi milenial terhadap indikator-indikator dari budaya organisasi itu sendiri, diantaranya adalah norma, nilai dominan, aturan dan iklim organisasi. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran generasi perusahaan dalam memajukan perusahan. Hasil analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Budaya Organisasi (diterima). Ini berarti bahwa Kepemimpinan Milenial memiliki pengaruh positif pada Budaya Organisasi. Efek langsung dari Kepemimpinan pada Budaya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Millenial. Efek langsung dari organisasi memiliki nilai koefisien 0.479 dari nilai p 0.002. Hasil analisis p-value <5% yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Ini berarti bahwa peningkatan Kepemimpinan memiliki efek signifikan pada peningkatan budaya kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Generasi Milenial, Budaya Organisasi. Abstract: The millennial generation is the generation born from the 1980s until now. They are expected to be the successors of the previous generation, indirectly the millennial generation is also required to have the responsibility to lead the nation in the future with the aim of changing the fate of a nation to be better and more prosperous. This study aims to find out how big the role and contribution of millennial leadership in strengthening organizational culture in the company, considering that there are several generations involved and working in the world of work ranging from baby boomers to the millennial generation. In addition, several high-ranking officials who serve in an organization in the company are generally occupied by the generation above the millennials but it is possible that the millennial generation can also occupy that position. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely to find symptoms or phenomena that occur in organizations with the role of the millennial generation on indicators of the organizational culture itself, including norms, dominant values, rules and organizational climate. This is intended to find out how big the role of the company generation is in advancing the company. The results of the Simple Linear Regression analysis show that the hypothesis that leadership has a significant influence on Organizational Culture (accepted). This means that Millennial Leadership has a positive influence on Organizational Culture. Direct Effects of Leadership on Culture on Millennial Employee Performance. The direct effect of the organization has a coefficient value of 0.479 from a p value of 0.002. The results of the analysis of p-value <5% which shows a positive and significant effect. This means that increasing Leadership has a significant effect on improving work culture. Keywords: Leadership, Millennial Generation, Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on class IV students, determine the effect of social studies learning outcomes with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students, find out the difference in the influence of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students. . This study uses an experimental approach with a pure experimental type because of the experimental and control classes, while the design used is the pretest posttest control group design. The data collection technique used a test consisting of pretest and posttest, and also used a questionnaire on learning motivation. The instrument test consists of a validity test, a reliability test, a difficulty level test for items, and a question item difference test. Data analysis used normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis test using N-gain and t test in regression analysis. In this study, Powtoon learning media affects the social studies learning motivation of fourth grade students at SDN Ngablak 01, this is based on the acquisition of the average (mean) N-Gain score on the motivational measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media to obtain a value of 57% included in quite effective category. (2) Powtoon learning media has an effect on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN Ngawen. this is based on the acquisition of the value that the average (mean) N-Gain score of the learning outcome measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media obtains a value of 55% which is included in the quite effective category. (3) Based on the results of the independent sample test table test results, it is known that the sig value on Lavene's Test is 0.548> 0.05 which this result has the N-Gain t test result, the score is greater than the learning outcome 0.541> 0.05. It can be concluded that learning motivation has a greater impact than learning outcomes using powtoon media in grade IV SD social studies material in Cluwak District, Pati Regency.
