Abstract

PT. Pajajaran Transportasi Executive adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa travel door to door dan kurir paket Bandung-Bogor, Bogor-Bandung yang terletak di daerah Panyileukan, Kota Bandung. Ketatnya persaingan usaha di Indonesia, maka dipandang perlu untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen strategis yang efisien agar dapat menguasai potensi pasar yang ada. Salah satu dari kebijakan strategis yang diambil adalah dengan menerapkan sistem aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi online. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis SWOT dalam menilai kebijakan ini dan pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu dengan mewawancarai tim IT dari perusahaan ini serta pengumpulan data berdasarkan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu dari sekian banyak strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan perkembangan era industri 4.0. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas sistem yang ditetapkan. Pengetahuan dan wawasan manusia yang tumbuh begitu pesat serta pola pikir dalam peradaban dunia semakin berkembang menjadi alasan terciptanya sebuah aplikasi yang membantu memudahkan seluruh aktivitas manusia di muka bumi. Kata Kunci: Bisnis, Manajemen, Strategis, SWOT.

Abstract

To find out and analyze the extent of public ownership as indicated by the percentage of shares circulating among the general public and the size of the company using the benchmark of total assets owned by the company at the time of Internet company reporting, this research was conducted at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk between 2017 and 2020. This research uses quantitative methodology combined with descriptive strategies. This can be seen from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the reporting period. The PT's quarterly, annual, and annual financial reports are the data sources used in this research. With a total of eighteen analysis units, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk data for 2017–2020 was obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The research results show that there is no significant influence between public ownership and company size on timeliness of corporate internet reporting with a significance value of 0.502.

Abstract

Waste management at the community level remains a multidimensional challenge affecting environmental quality, public health, and socio-economic welfare. This community service program aims to implement and analyze circular economy–based waste management integrated with the values of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah at TPS Sauyunan Hegarmanah, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving waste management officers, local residents, environmental volunteers, and community leaders throughout all stages, including problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, and collective reflection. The results indicate that the application of waste segregation, recycling, and reuse practices effectively reduced residual waste volume, increased the economic value of waste, and enhanced community participation and behavioral change. The integration of circular economy principles with the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah framework strengthened the dimension of public benefit (maṣlaḥah), as reflected in the protection of life (ḥifẓ al-nafs) through a cleaner and healthier environment, the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl) through improved economic value and resource efficiency, and the protection of the environment (ḥifẓ al-bī’ah) through sustainable waste management practices. This program demonstrates that a community-based approach grounded in Islamic values is effective in promoting sustainable and socially meaningful waste management.
