Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 63 kepada karyawan pada perusahaan PT.Adira Multi Finance Cabang Banggai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik Abstract This study examines the effect of intrinsic motivation and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative with data collection using primary data obtained from questionnaires. 63 questionnaires were distributed to employees at PT Adira Multi Finance in Banggai Regency. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation had a positive effect on employee performance and the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
