Abstract

Data BPS, Bappenas, UNFPA, 2018 menyebutkan bahwa jumlah lansia Indonesia diproyeksikan akan meningkat menjadi 10,3% dan 17,9% tahun 2045. Berdasarkan peningkatan tersebut, diadakan program Sekolah Lansia, salah satunya di Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. Hal tersebut merupakan kerjasama lembaga Indonesia Ramah Lansia (IRL) dan BKKBN Provinsi DIY. Program ini selesaii dilaksanakan selama 12 kali tatap muka, sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19 dengan salah satu kendalanya adalah penyesuaian kegiatan selama pandemi yang tidak terencana. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kepuasan peserta didik terhadap kualitas pelayanan sekolah lansia di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel menggunakan seluruh peserta sekolah lansia berjumlah 52 orang. Data diolah menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Spearman's rho (ranking Spearman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai korelasi spearman sebesar 0,462 berdasarkan rentang korelasi maka korelasi yang didapat termasuk dalam korelasi sedang. Nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05 maka hal ini menunjukkan hipotesa diterima yaitu semakin baik kualitas pelayanan akan semakin baik pula kepuasan peserta didik terhadap pelaksanaan sekolah lansia pada masa pandemi di BKL Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. Bagi petugas sekolah lansia (IRL, BKKBN dan kader posyandu) disarankan memantau penerapan materi sekolah dalam keseharian.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Sekolah Lansia Abstract Data from BPS, Bappenas, UNFPA, 2018 states that the number of elderly Indonesians is projected to increase to 10.3% and 17.9% on 2045. Based on that increase, an Elderly School program was held, one of which was at the Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Manungal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. This is the collaboration between Indonesia Ramah Lansia (IRL) and BKKBN DIY. This program has been completed for 12 meetings, before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with various obstacles. One of which was the adjustment of the implementation of activities during the pandemic that was not planned. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with the quality service of elderly school during a pandemic. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive using cross sectional design. The sample used all 52 participants. The data is processed using the Spearman rank correlation statistical test. Results showed that the Spearman correlation value was 0.462 based on correlation range, so the correlation obtained was included in moderate correlation. The significance value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, this shows the hypothesis is accepted, that is, the better quality, the better student's satisfaction with the implementation of elderly schools during the pandemic at Bina Keluarga Lansia Manunggal Asih Saptosari Gunungkidul. For elderly school officers (IRL, BKKBN and posyandu cadres) are advised to monitor the application of elderly school materials in their daily life.
