Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmemengaruhi penawaran cabai rawit di Kecamatan Kolaka KabupatenKolaka (Studi di Pasar Raya Mekongga). Sampel yang digunakanadalah Sampling Jenuh (sensus) sebanyak 43 pedagang cabai rawitdengan metode analisis persamaan regresi linear bergandamenggunakan program SPSS versi 22, menunjukkan bahwa terdapathubungan dan pengaruh positif yang kuat. Bahwa secara simultandengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% (a = 0,1) faktor yang memengaruhiharga jual cabai rawit, harga cabai besar, harga cabai keriting, hargamerica dan modal berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penawaran cabai rawitdi Pasar Raya Mekongga Kabupaten Kolaka.Kata Kunci : Faktor, Penawaran, Cabai rawit

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) Find out how much farmer's role is to increase rice production in Bou village. (2) Knowing the motivation level of farmers in following the farmer group activities. (3) Knowing the use of superior seeds and simultaneous planting can be influential in increasing the production of rice paddy fields. This research was conducted in Bou village. The sample determination used in this research is based on information obtained from farmers and farmer groups by using simple random Sampling (simple Random sample and cluster  Sampling).  The  method  of  analysis  used  is  a  descriptive  method,  the scoring method, and the data analysis technique done on the Guttman scale to answer the obvious (assertive) and consistent.The results showed that the farmer Group had a big role to increase the production of rice paddy fields in the research area that we have implemented in Bou village Lambandia, East Kolaka District. Judging from the 5 indicators consisting of simultaneous planting, how to manage the water needs (irrigation), determination of planting times, pest and disease control, determination of the superior seeds to be used. The motivation level of farmers in following farmer group activities is the highest category. The role of the farmer group were proven through the media absorption information and means of planning the farmers through the counseling held by PPL especially in the planting simultaneously and the selection of superior seeds can increase production and produce crops as expected by the farmers. The farm business in Bou village can be maintained to remain a quality food land.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) assess the performance trajectory of the corn supply chain for the needs of the animal feed industry. (2) analyze the added value of the animal feed maize marketing system. using the census sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled because the population is small or less than 35 respondents, so the sample in this study was 30 respondents, i.e. all actors in the chain of corn supply. The technique used to obtain both primary and secondary data in this study was carried out through face-to-face interviews using questionnaires. descriptively to answer the problems and objectives. At the same time, the added value in the animal feed maize marketing system uses the modified Hayami method which will be analyzed to address the second problem and research objective. The results showed that: (1) Supply chain performance consists of a single line, starting from corn collectors and selling to wholesalers. Then the feed company buys from wholesalers as the main supplier of corn. The results of animal feed will be sold to retailers and marketed by end consumers. (2) The value added process created in the animal feed sector which provides added value for corn is Rp. 7,500 per kg of animal feed and the profit earned in the company is Rp. 2,300, - per kg of feed, then the total profit for a month of production is Rp. 5,750,000.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy that can be applied by the Pasarwajo typical gule snack products industry during the new normal period. This research is a case study design of Gule Wa Muri Household Industry located in Takimpo Village, Pasarwajo District, Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out through observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data was analyzed descriptively and strategy formulation used SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the strength factor in the Gule Wa Muri house industry is greater than the weakness factor, and the opportunity factor is greater than the threat factor. The IE matrix shows that Gule Wa Muri's domestic industry is in cell V, indicating that this company is in a position of growth stability. The analysis results on the Cartesian SWOT Diagram show the position of the company in Quadrant I, which means that Home industries tend to be profitable, and various alternative strategies can be created to take advantage of the strengths and take advantage existing opportunities. The strategy suggested on the basis of the results of this analysis is to open marketing channels using information systems, to increase the purchasing power of consumers by providing quality products and affordable prices, and to expand businesses by recruiting workers and increasing business capital through the government's business capital assistance program.

Abstract

Petani memiliki peluang untuk memasarkan jagung manis mereka. Namun, mereka hanya fokus pada peningkatan produksi tanpa memahami informasi pasar yang bisa meningkatkan harga produk tersebut. Akibatnya, petani mendapatkan harga yang lebih rendah karena waktu panen jagung tidak sesuai dengan kenaikan harga di pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan masalah di atas, yaitu sebagai berikut: untuk menganalisis efisiensi tataniaga jagung manis di Kelurahan Karing- Karing Kecamatan Bungi Kota Baubau dan untuk menganalisis elastisitas transmisi harga jagung manis di Kelurahan Karing-Karing Kecamatan Bungi Kota Baubau. Elastisitas transmisi harga jagung manis pada saluran I dan II yaitu sebesar 0,24%. Harga ditingkat pengecer memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap harga yang diterima oleh petani. Perubahan harga ditingkat pengecer akan tercermin dalam perubahan harga jagung manis ditingkat petani. Oleh karena itu, perubahan harga di pasar harus menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam manajemen usahatani jagung manis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keuntungan yang lebih baik bagi petani di Kelurahan Karing-Karing Kota Baubau.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the supply channels and selling prices for purebred chicken eggs from South Sulawesi entering the Wameo market in Baubau City, the transportation routes for purebred chicken eggs entering the Wameo market, and the margin between the selling price of intermediary traders and the buying price of Wameo market egg traders. The samples used in this research were 13 brokers of purebred chicken eggs who entered the Wameo market, and all the purebred chicken egg traders in the Wameo market were 40 people, which was carried out by census and analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis show that 1) Producers supplying purebred chicken eggs entering the Wameo market consist of 4 regions in South Sulawesi, namely Sidrap, Soppeng, Bulukumba, and Pangkep. 2) The distribution route for suppliers of purebred chicken eggs from South Sulawesi entering the Wameo market only uses one seaport route, namely Bajoe – Baubau. 3) The marketing margin for purebred chicken eggs entering the Wameo market for intermediary traders is IDR 2,000 per shelf and for holding traders IDR 5,000 per shelf.

Abstract

Effective marketing of dragon fruit agrotourism and marketing tactics, which play a significant role in determining consumer buying interest, require innovation in agrotourism development to ensure customers are interested in purchasing. 1) Explain how innovation in dragon fruit agrotourism has increased consumer interest in making purchases; 2) Examine digital marketing tactics for dragon fruit agrotourism to boost consumer interest in making purchases. This kind of study makes use of qualitative research. The research sample consisted of 10 respondents, including owner of an agrotourism business, employee, trader in the agrotourism industry, and seven visitors or clients. Using descriptive data analysis, the 4P marketing concept was referenced. Numerous earlier studies have not reported on this research. Many fruit plant kinds and other plants promoting tourism require innovation in agrotourism development. Innovations in agrotourism development are necessary to pique consumers' interest in intense purchases; these innovations can decide how well dragon fruit agrotourism marketing works. Based on the study's findings on dragon fruit agrotourism development innovations at BPP, including applying a marketing mix comprising goods, costs, promotions, and suitable locations. The SWOT analysis of the agrotourism marketing plan reveals internal variables, including the company's strength, a wellthought-out and innovative agrotourism concept, and a key location. The company's weak point is inadequate amenities, such as playgrounds for kids and lodging. External reasons include the high number of foreign visitors and the community's popularity of dragon fruit-based economic prospects. Extreme or unpredictable weather fluctuations and perishable agricultural products pose a hazard to the firm.
