Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of trust and risk perception on purchasing decisions. The population of this study are consumers in Sampang who have shopped at the Shopee Marketplace. The sample of this study was determined using purposive sampling so as to produce 63 respondents. The results in this study indicate that trust is able to make a positive contribution to purchasing decisions for shopee users in Sampang Regency. The perception of risk makes a positive contribution to the purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Sampang district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product rating, promotion, and COD (cash on delivery) service on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace in Sidoarjo. Respondents in this study are consumers who have shopped at the Shopee marketplace who are domiciled in Sidoarjo, with a sample of 80 people. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data pocessing used PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the test, the result and conclusions were found that product rating, promotion, and COD service have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at the Shopee marketplace in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of NCT 127 as a brand ambassador, electric word of mouth, and e-service quality on purchasing decisions in Blibli.com e-commerce. The independent variables in this study are brand ambassadors, electric word of mouth, and e-service quality while the dependent variable is the Blibli.com e-commerce purchasing decision. The research method used is quantitative research method with a total of 100 respondents obtained using random sampling method from the entire NCTzen population who are followers of the @Nctzenarea Instagram account. This study uses the Parliat Least Square (PLS) test tool and the results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, electronic word of mouth, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Blibli.com e-commerce.
